We hired the Rolls Royce for our wedding day and what an experience it was. Communication all the way up until the day was fast and professional. Our driver Shak arrived early on the morning at our hotel The Ned and chauffeured my dad and I to our ceremony venue. It was raining and Shak was there to help with an umbrella every step of the way. He then took my husband and I to our reception venue. My husband absolutely loved it! Highly recommend. Thank you so much.LondonTravelPartners's reply:
Antony, thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that you were unhappy with part of your experience.
For transparency, we would like to clarify a few points:
• You booked both the Rolls Royce and the Hummer through us at the same time.
• The Rolls Royce was provided directly by us, our chauffeur arrived on time and that service ran smoothly without issue.
• We explained from the beginning that the Hummer was not part of our own fleet and would be supplied by a third-party provider, which you agreed to.
Unfortunately, the external supplier’s Hummer arrived late. As soon as this issue occurred, we offered you a 90% refund of the limousine cost on the same day, as a goodwill gesture, even though the delay was caused by a separate supplier. That offer was declined.
It is important to highlight that the Hummer service was fully used. It is not reasonable to demand a 100% refund on a vehicle that was used in full.
We have been communicating with you via email and have made every effort to resolve this fairly. We are happy to continue discussions to reach a fair outcome, but it is not correct to say we have been unhelpful, we have responded and offered a very significant refund which was refused.
We always do our best to support our clients and we stand by the service we provided directly. -

Excellent & Hassle-Free Service
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was smooth, hassle-free, and very professional. Our driver was very friendly, polite, and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout the journey. Everything was well organised, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was stress-free. The service was great value for money, and we would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.! -

Very professional and everything ran smoothly.
Our driver was fantastic and encouraged us to play music to feel comfortable. He assisted with getting in and out of our car as well as showing us all of the cool features the car had. -
