Gail had spent time with me prior to wedding to see what we wanted for our cake. She showed us some cakes she had done previously and went through flavours, decorations etc and gave us several to take home and try. On the day I asked her to arrive within the hour of reception so they were not standing around long with other people there. She laid the cakes out so lovely. She was so professional and they were so beautiful. I would never hesitate to ask her to do another cake for me as there was nothing to much trouble for her. Thank you Gail. My day was perfect. -

Everything from the moment I got in touch was made so easy with her professionalism, my daughter had seen two cakes and she loved both and being a very personal cake for them, the cake turned out better than could be expected, even putting us I.n touch with a lady who made the figures, price was very reasonable and organising the cake to delivery to the venue was seamless the cake was so beautiful and moist and definitely the center piece my daughter had wanted,highly recommendedGails Cake Pantry's reply:

I found Gail on “Bridebook” when I read through her reviews I made contact.
What can I say!!! Gail is phenomenal at her job I’m so glad (and very lucky) I was able to book Gail to make our wedding cake! Nothing is too much for Gail she made my wedding cake dreams come true!
Everybody loved the cake at our wedding I had to hide some so we could keep it for a later date.
The lime and coconut was a firm favourite with our guests.
Thank you so much Gail for making our wedding cake! I will be ordering from you again!!

Prefoessional, creative and delicious!

Fantastic cake and a wonderful company.
Gail was lovely to talk to from start to finish. Responded quickly to all messages and questions we had and was happy to accommodate our budget. The samples were sent quickly and the flavours stunning. We had difficulty choosing our favourite 3. The cake was set up perfectly for the reception and was a huge hit with the guests. So good we brought it on our Honeymoon!
We are so glad we chose Gail’s Cake Pantry for our wedding cake. From start to finish, Gail was friendly, thoughtful, and made the whole process a joy. On the day itself, she delivered the cake and stayed to carefully decorate it with dried wildflowers, the final result was stunning and exactly what we had envisioned.
Gail came highly recommended by Wilde Lodge, and what a brilliant recommendation it was. When we ordered the sample box, it arrived promptly and was so delicious that we ended up ordering a second one just as an excuse to try more! Even then, it was so hard to choose, so we went for three different flavours across the three tiers. Gail was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process, from matching sponge flavours with fillings to working out the right size for our number of guests.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how good the cake was. Our personal favourite was the raspberry sponge with white chocolate ganache, but honestly every layer was amazing. We even took the leftovers with us on our honeymoon, and one of our highlights was sitting on a secluded beach in Ireland, enjoying the last slice with a cup of coffee.

Wedding cake
The cake was a surprise for the couple and Gail was excellent at both providing what I wanted and keeping it a secret, the cake was perfect, 3 tier different flavours and every tier was delicious. Lots of the guests commented on both its look and taste😊 would highly recommend Gail, she took care in finding out what we wanted to ensure it was perfectGails Cake Pantry's reply:

Wedding Cake
Gail was amazing at putting together our bespoke three tiered wedding cake! We put together some ideas, sent a drawing to Gail then nearer the day, Gail mentioned that one of the elements wouldn't work and whether we would be happy with an alternative. When we saw the cake on our wedding day, it was absolutely stunning!! We would definitely recommend Gails Cake Pantry!Gails Cake Pantry's reply:
Kayleigh knew exactly the design she wanted and even drew the design for us. After a couple of tweak's that in our professional opinion looked better it was beautiful and so pleased that you both loved your cake, thank you for choosing us to make it for you. -
