We asked Gail to make us a cake as we liked the flavours listed on her website. She responded promptly to our emails and sent us samples. Gail took care to check exactly what we wanted the cake to look like and when I saw it at the venue it was a perfect match with the image I had in my head.
When we ate it, it was quite simply the best wedding cake I have ever tasted. It was one of the highlights of our special day and I can't recommend Gail too highly. -

Outstanding individualised service and extremely yummy bakes!
We wanted something truly unique for our wedding - a dessert tower to match our floral, outdoor woodland celebration - and Gail brought that vision to life perfectly.
Our cake tasting at Gail’s house was such a joy. She was incredibly accommodating, letting us try all the different and unusual flavours we were curious about, and she took every idea we had on board with enthusiasm.
We had to trust that the final tower would match our inspiration pictures, as Gail set everything up while we were in our wedding breakfast so we could cut the cake on the back lawn. She delivered exactly what we hoped for. It was absolutely perfect: individual bite‑sized bakes for guests to enjoy during our second drinks reception, a beautiful cutting cake that matched our wedding colours and my husband’s creative vision, and delicious options for all dietary needs. Every single bake was exceptional. She even added florals throughout the tower just as we’d imagined.
We could not recommend Gail enough, she is exactly the kind of vendor you want for your special day - willing to create something a little different; trustworthy, talented, and reliable in executing a vision while you’re off enjoying your day. And of course, an exceptional baker (and trust us - we had almost every bake within our tower - they were all delicious!). -

Gail was fantastic all the way through the planning process. The cake was absolutely gorgeous. All of the guests complimented on how tasty the cake was too. We highly recommend Gail‘s Cakes. -

Gail is absolutely fabulous at what she does! From start to finish Gail was highly professional, friendly & extremely talented!
We cannot thank Gail enough for making our wedding cake exactly how we imagined it! Everything about the cake was perfect, from the looks to the taste!

Absolutely phenomenal!
I don’t think I can put into words how amazing our wedding cake was, we were blown away when we spotted it after returning from our ceremony (and it even got its own round of applause when we revealed the secret Lego section!). It looked, tasted (and is still tasting) phenomenal. Gail has been a dream to work with from start to end and I could not recommend her more highly! -

The wedding cake was absolutely stunning and tasted even better than it looked! Every layer was moist and flavourful, and it was beautifully decorated. It was the perfect centrepiece for the special day.
We sent photos to Gail of the type of cake we were looking for and also tasted several flavours before deciding on the 3 we wanted.
Gail was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all enquiries. She delivered to the venue and set up the cake on the day. Highly recommend! -
