Cheryl is a professional pastry chef who is able to create impressive cakes from her EHO 5* approved studio kitchen. Boasting 30 years of experience in the patisserie business, she also runs classes teaching sugarcraft and cake decoration in private classes and at the local college.
A longtime member and chairman of the Blackpool branch of the British Sugarcraft Guild Cheryl often demonstrates there as well as for local clubs and groups. In addition, many of her cakes have been featured in different magazines including Wedding Cakes A Design Source.
All cakes, cookies and macarons are baked fresh to order from the finest ingredients on offer including free range eggs, best quality butter (no margarine or cheap cake fats are used) and Belgian chocolate, ensuring your wedding cake will taste just as delicious as it will look.
