Based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, owner and cake designer Ginny creates timeless, elegant and romantic wedding cakes that impress the eyes and delight the taste buds. Using subtle colour palettes, edible lace and exquisite sugar flowers, The Little Sugar Rose designs one of a kind pieces of edible art that stay in the memory long after being enjoyed by couples and their guests.
Ginny prides herself on providing an entirely personal and bespoke service from the initial consultation to the delivery and set up of a wedding cake on a couple's special day. She loves what she does, which can clearly be seen in the care and attention she devotes to each wedding cake. Ginny only takes on a limited number of orders each month to ensure each couple's wedding cake receives her full attention. Due to high demand she is often booked by couples up to two years in advance.
The Little Sugar Rose was recently pronounced East of England Wedding Cake Designer of the Year in The 2021 Wedding Industry Awards. They are proud to be recommended by several prestigious venues across the region and seeing their cakes featured in a number of leading bridal magazines.
