The most perfect delicate cake I have ever seen!

Two wedding cakes!

Had a lovely second meeting with Ginny today who is making not one but two wedding cakes for us. Ginny’s cakes are beautiful and she is so helpful and has so much passion in her work. Fantastic from start to finish!

"Ginny was fantastic from start to finish.  We originally met her at a wedding fair and from that moment I decided she was the person I wanted to make our wedding cake.  On our first meeting I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted for our wedding cake but Ginny came up with wonderful ideas.  She sent through a sketch of what the cake would look like before we agreed.  When the cake and the cookie favours arrived on the day they were more than I could have ever dreamed of.  It was finished off with our initials.  Perfection!" Perfect beauty

Almost unbearable to witness Maggie's birthday cake being cut into, violating its perfect beauty. But so worth it – as moist, fruity and utterly delicious as a cake could be. It also fed a significant number of people, and there was still some left so I could take a piece back to America.
