We chose The Incredible Cake Company for our wedding cake, and honestly, they lived up to their name completely - the cake was absolutely incredible in every way! From our very first consultation, the team was warm, attentive, and full of great ideas, taking the time to understand exactly what we wanted and turning our vague ideas into something truly stunning.
We went for a three-tier cake, combining different flavours to suit all our guests (the cake tasting session was extremely helpful in our decision making). Every single layer was perfect - moist, rich, and beautifully balanced. The decoration was flawless; it matched our wedding theme perfectly, with delicate details that looked even more beautiful then we could have imagined. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding cake they'd ever tasted, some even wanting seconds!
The service was seamless from start to finish. They were reliable, kept us updated at every stage, and delivered and set up the cake on the day with absolute care and professionalism, so we didn't have a single thing to worry about.
If you're looking for a cake maker who combines amazing flavour, stunning design, and brilliant customer service, I couldn't recommend Helen and Oliver at The Incredible Cake Company enough. We couldn't have been happier with our wedding cake by Helen at the Incredible Cake Company. Helen was the only person we would trust to make our castle wedding cake.
Helen was a dream to work with—she took our inspiration pictures and brought them to life effortlessly. Communication was quick and easy, the cake tasting before hand was so much fun and the cake turned out even better than we ever could have imagined!
On top of looking stunning, it tasted incredible. Our three tiers were chocolate, lemon, and white chocolate & raspberry, with the white chocolate & raspberry being our favourite.
Thank you so much Helen for making our dream wedding cake a reality. -

Amazing cakes for your wedding! ❤️
We asked Helen to make the cakes for our wedding this month. We had a 4 layer cake, cupcakes, macarons and chocolate brownies, and all of them were amazing! Helen was so helpful in the advice she gave us, during the tasting experience and the lead up to the wedding too. She arrived in plenty of time on the day so that helped the day run smoothly. Overall, I would 100% recommend Helen and her incredible cake company for any wedding or event. She is really professional and the cakes are worth every penny. We asked for a Harry Potter + Lord of the Rings themed cake and they absolutely delivered! Helen was so responsive and creative with the ideas we sent over, and the final design was spot on. The flavours were amazing as well! Highly recommend the lemon oneThe Incredible Cake Company's reply:

Our Garden as a Cake
It was great. Looked amazing, tasted delicious. All our guests loved it.
We had a tasting where we chose our flavours, and Helen took note of all the details we wanted incorporated.
Communication throughout if an element needed changing or questions arose. It was an incredible cake, and we had plenty left over.

The cake was stunning. I mean so stunning the photos of the cake were going viral and it was the main talking point of the wedding. Several people wanted to know who made this cake so they could have them make the cake for an upcoming occasion. I didn’t get to see the cake until quite late in the day. I was blown away. Hi Carolyn, I am sooooooooooo pleased you liked the cake!!! It was quite the labour of love and we did love making it!! It was so large that I had to bring it in 4 separate parts as otherwise I couldn't actually lift it! And I spent about 4 hours building it at Alfriston Gardens that morning, so I didn't actually know how it would look until it was finished. But I was so pleased with it and I am so glad that you were too! Thank you so much for trusting us with this epic cake; it was a challenge and a complete joy to make!

We have ordered with Incredible Cake Company for birthdays and baby showers in the past and all we can say is Helen and Oliver are amazing super talented and so easy to work with.
The cake flavour options are amazing and the design process was easy to bring our theme into a cake.
Will always recommend them for all occasions especially weddings. They also put some flowers on the cake from our florist and made it look stunning.The Incredible Cake Company's reply:

I would definitely recommend the Incredible Cake Company. Helen delivered the cake on time as agreed, and she spent around an hour setting the cake up beautifully. Every guest commented on how wonderful the cake looked and tasted.
