Kasserina always strives to use natural flavour sources. This means that the lemon cake is made with real lemons, the chocolate frosting is made with real chocolate, and the flavours are always fresh and delicious.

Also, unlike many bakeries, no gelatine is used in or on Kasserina's cakes so they are suitable for your vegetarian guests

How much notice do I need to give you?

Most clients book around a year before their date to ensure availability, but it's always worth asking as there tend to be a few dates free

Do you hire cake stands?

How many tiers can my cake be?

As many as you want, generally though it's safest to limit the edible tiers to around 4-5 depending on the ambient temperature and style of the cake

How many flavours can I have on my cake?

As many as the number of tiers you have, plus you can add extra flavours into the tier by adding fillings. I have a wide menu and can usually adapt recipes to your requirements

What are the forms of payment?

BACs or credit card

What areas do you cover?

Most of the South of England, but it does depend on the cake style as I restrict buttercream cakes to around 50 miles travelling distance from Kasserina HQ in Bournemouth (they don't like to travel)
