ABOUT MY CAKES
Each cake is baked to order using the freshest and finest quality ingredients available including fresh free range farm eggs.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our ingredients and every recipe has been tried and tested to ensure the lightest, fluffiest and tastiest sponge.
All cakes are coated in a layer of tasty chocolate ganache keeping your cake as fresh as possible and giving an excellent foundation for a pristine finish. Each and every cake is skillfully iced, decorated and personalised to the highest standard.
I am happy to accomodate dietary requirements with the caveat that this is a working kitchen where gluten, in particular, is used frequently. Every measure is taken to ensure your particular allergen is not used for 24 hours prior to preparation and all tools are appropriately cleaned etc. I don't want to deny anyone the opportunity of getting a great cake, but if your allergy is severe, specialist bakeries would be more appropriate.
