I asked Terri to make my wedding cake for me, having previously had gorgeous birthday cakes from her. I had no real idea what I wanted,except for wanting matching flowers and colours to our scottish wedding theme, so I left her to design it and surprise me.
She certainly did that. My cake was stunning and tasted as good as it looked.

The bottom layer was purple with a tartan edging to match my Husband's kilt. She then added a silver bird cage with our initials dangling in diamante's, with led lights to make them sparkle. The top tier was ivory with handmade peonies and thistles to match my wedding bouquet. I cried when I saw it,as It was so pretty.
Terri even drove to Scotland to set it up for me!

The cake that Terri made for us was stunning and delicious. We had a tasting session where she made sure we could try as wide a variety of flavour combinations as possible. While we were stuffing our faces with cake she was sketching out design ideas based on that talk.
