A friend recommended getting our wedding cake from Caffè Concerto and we are so glad they did. The cake looked spectacular and very tasty. We and our guests really like how it was presented and we would like to praise everyone involved in making and delivering the cake working around the disruption of having the wedding on the same day of the London Marathon! I don't usually write reviews but having had an amazing experience I cannot recommend Caffe Concerto enough.

Before going to Caffe Concerto, I had enquired about a wedding cake at another, similar patisserie chain and had an awful experience (had to pay for samples, which were shoved in a box which I then had to try at home). But I couldn't have had a more different experience at Caffe Concerto.

I made contact via email and was asked to send a list of cake flavour combinations that we would like to try, at a location convenient to us (I.e shop or production unit in west London). The staff were really flexible and we were able to try the samples on a weekend.

We were also able to bring my mother which was nice. When we arrived the samples were beautifully laid out, with all other accessories (ribbons, toppers, magazines etc). We were talked through each of the samples which were all amazing and had a chat about what we wanted for our cake. The service was not pressured or rushed and the staff were really accommodating. The experience was very special and even better than I could have hoped for.

We ordered a 5 tier cake with Black Forest gateaux and strawberry gateaux (served around 100) which was the talk of the wedding - One year later I still have people asking where the cake was from. Our family and close friends are always shocked when we tell them how much we paid for the cake as it was so beautiful and tasty.

To anyone looking for their wedding cake I would definitely recommend Caffe Concerto. I have used them since for birthdays and will definitely continue.

Cafe Concerto could not have been better! They tailored our cake to the exact design we wanted at no extra cost and even catered for our Arabic calligraphy logo on the cake! It looked and tasted amazing and they were completely stress free! Thank you for making our dream cake. £50 for delivery is acceptable in London and it was delivered with plenty of time.
