I can’t recommend Eleanor enough for her amazing cake for our wedding. We had a really nice and personal tasting at her home and she was very flexible with our choices.
From there such a great person to work with. No stress or anything to worry about. On the day of the wedding she set up the cake and it looked amazing as a centrepiece. The compliments from the guests were non stop, every flavour was amazing.
Thank you Eleanor for helping make our day so special. -

Wonderful Birthday Cake
Just wanted to say what a wonderful cake was provided for my husband's Birthday event. The whole of the restaurant where we held the event were in awe of it and some people asked me for the cake maker's details, which I have provided. We had a wonderful event, and your cake was certainly a wonderful centrepiece. We were so full of food that we couldn’t eat it all but some took it away with them and we have brought some back to the south of France for us.

We ordered our wedding cake from Maplewood Bakery, and it was absolutely perfect! Eleanor was so friendly, helpful, and really took the time to help us choose the right cake for us. The cake itself was delicious — beautifully made and exactly what we wanted.
We also loved that Eleanor offered us a complimentary cake tasting, which not many places do — such a lovely touch! We couldn’t recommend Maplewood Bakery more highly. 💕 -

Eleanor made the cake for our wedding on 14th September.
We had a three tier cake, which Eleanor decorated to match our light blue and white wedding theme. Eleanor also worked directly with our florist to add fresh flowers to the cake. It looked absolutely stunning.
The three cake flavours (we had carrot, chocolate and white choc, passionfruit and raspberry) were all absolutely delicious. The sponges were light and moist, and the icings/ fillings were incredible.
We loved our cake, and are very sad it's all gone now! Thanks Eleanor!

Eleanor at the Maplewood Bakery made the cake for our wedding this weekend, and it was beautiful and delicious! From the outset, Eleanor was easy to communicate with, and we had a great tasting session at her home to decide flavours (one of our favourite wedding planning moments!). Her prides are also far more reasonable than many others we looked at!
We went for three tiers in lemon and elderflower, chocolate salted caramel, and (our favourite) white chocolate, raspberry and Passionfruit, and some chocolate cupcakes that were gluten-free and vegan. There was more than enough to go around and we even got to take some home to enjoy the next day. It was absolutely perfect, and all our guests commented on how good it tasted. Our friends with dietary requirements also commented on how amazing the cupcakes were too and they were so happy to be catered for.

Excellent experience!
Eleanor designed and made the cake for our wedding day. Overall we were delighted with the experience, from meeting her in person to sample various flavours the in person set up and delivery on the day. Not only was the cake itself very tasty (rose & pistachio + white chocolate and passion fruit) but Eleanor was attentive to the style we wanted and also catered for specific dietary requirements. -

Perfect experience
Really simple process with Eleanor. Taste tested some great flavours and the cake turned out exactly as we wanted. Really professional and easy to work with, would definitely recommend using Maplewood Bakery -
