I was so nervous about trying in dresses.
Im a plus size curvy women and have been through a tough time with weight loss, after loosing over 6 stone I wanted to show everyone what I had achieved.
I originally want a dress tight fitted (mermaid or fish tail) but with sleeves to hide my loose skin but show my new figure. But trying these one I did not look how I expected. After 4 or 5 dresses I started to feel deflated and wanted to hide away. But Nickie and Sarah asked if I would trust them to pick some dresses for me, and I'm so glad I did trust them after another 2 dresses they found me the dress of my dreams, I looked in the mirror and I couldn't speak, happy tears appeared and I just could not believe the women I was looking at was me, the dress was incredible and it showed every ounce of what I had worked si hard for and for the first time I looked in the mirror and loved the women I seen.
I genuinely from the bottom of my heart I can't thank Rookery enough for finding me the perfect dress, for their patience and for making me look beautiful.

From the moment I walked into Rookery Bridal, I felt completely at ease. Nicke was there when I tried on my very first dress and made the whole experience so special. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the dress I had always dreamed of.
Throughout the entire journey, the team kept in touch and made everything feel effortless. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Collecting my dress was such a special moment, and I felt supported every step of the way.
The service from everyone at Rookery Bridal was exceptional from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any future bride -

From the moment I first made enquiries, Sarah made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. She emailed in advance to understand my thoughts on a dress and then tailored our appointment with this in mind. She pulled the dresses I wanted to try on, but also ones that she suggested and I was able to try on a huge range of different dresses, eventually choosing the one! Sarah was supportive and gave advice throughout our appointment, really helping me to understand what I wanted and made me feel hugely confident throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend Rookery Bridal highly enough - it really is 5* service! -

After visiting lots of other shops, I just couldn’t find the dress that gave me *that* feeling.
From the moment we arrived, Nickie made us feel at home with a friendly, professional, relaxed and comfortable service! She was so easy to chat to and very knowledgable. All the dresses were such beautiful quality and were a vast range of styles. It was lovely to be able to look through the collection first and choose which ones to try. They also have the dresses on their website - I thought this was great as I knew they had the style of dress I was looking for before I came!
I felt that Nickie really listened to us and picked up on my body language - which she highlighted made me realise I had finally found the dress! She gave us lots of time to make the decision and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured like I had in some other shops! My group even celebrated with a little Prosecco once I chose the dress which made it really special.
Just an all round amazing experience and would recommend completely! I feel so thrilled and already cannot wait to pick up my dress!!!Rookery Bridal's reply:

I had such a wonderful experience with Rookery Bridal from start to finish. The team were incredibly lovely, professional, and made me feel completely at ease the whole time, which made such a difference during what can feel like a big moment.
They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses and accessories, so there’s something for every style. Amazingly, I actually found my dress here and it was the very first one I tried on, which just shows how well they listen and understand what you’re looking for.
I worked with Nickie throughout the entire process and she was absolutely lovely, so warm, helpful, and genuinely supportive. She made everything feel easy and enjoyable, and I always felt in safe hands.
I couldn’t recommend Rookery Bridal more for anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly, and professional bridal shopping experience. -

I had the most amazing experience at Rookery Bridal! Gemma helped me choose a dress I never thought I’d pick, and she never made me feel rushed—she made the whole appointment so calm and enjoyable.
When I said yes to my dress, Sarah made me feel like a million dollars, even sharing a tear with my mum! Picking up my dress was just as lovely—I wasn’t rushed and we had a great chat.
They also noticed my veil wasn’t quite right and immediately arranged to have it corrected. The team’s care, attention to detail, and kindness made me feel so special from start to finish. I can’t recommend Rookery Bridal enough! 💕👰✨Rookery Bridal's reply:

Could not fault Sarah and her team! I was told by other shops I had left it too late to find a prefect dress but Sarah reassured me and took me on the most amazing journey to find my perfect dress. The whole experience was magical and finding the one was made so easy!! Worth the almost 2 hour drive to get there 😍😍Rookery Bridal's reply:

I had such a fantastic experience at Rookery Bridal. The team were so welcoming and professional, and they have such a large and beautiful range of dresses. I felt very comfortable trying dresses on and after looking in lots of different boutiques, found my dress which I’m so happy with! I can’t wait to come back next year when my dress is ready, thank you so much!🩷
