    I went to the showroom in Exeter to look at flower girl dresses and my sister convinced me to try on my first ever wedding dress, I told Shaquilla everything I didn’t want, and was waiting for “that” feeling but never got it, so I asked her to choose a wild card, it was everything I didn’t think I wanted but it was perfect. I fell in love with the dress and tears flowed from everyone .

    I was happy with the price however the bags box and coat hangers were extra and that’s not mentioned till you purchase the dress.

    Bad experience

    I had a genuinely awful experience with Wed2Be in Milton Keynes and would strongly advise others to avoid.

    I purchased a dress and was assured at the time of purchase that the dress and underskirt would be properly checked before being packed. However, when I tried it on at home just a few days later, I found visible marks across the dress and underskirt, as well as a loose button on the dress.

    I reported this immediately and returned to the store, but the way the situation was handled was extremely concerning. Initially they were very hostile and asserted the fact they do not issue refunds. I argued the fact the items were faulty and therefore eligible for a refund under their policy. The items were taken away from me into a separate room, and I was not asked to point out the marks at that time. Later, when I was finally asked to show the issue, the underskirt presented to me no longer had the marks that were clearly there before. She had swapped it out for a different underskirt. This is seriously concerning and shows they are a dishonest company lacking any integrity.

    Although a refund for the dress was eventually given, this only happened after I had to push for it. I was also unable to get a refund for the faulty underskirt, and am also now left with the underskirt. sleeves and a veil for a dress I now no longer have.

    On top of this, additional charges for boxes, bags and hangers were added without ever being explained or agreed. When I raised this, I was told I would have been told about them which is simply untrue. I was with 5 other people on the day who can also confirm they were not mentioned at any point. Being made to feel I was being dishonest, rather than having my concerns taken seriously, was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the boxes and bags themselves have an extremely unpleasant smell so can’t even be used.

    I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

    Our wedding 25th March 2026

    I absolutely loved my dress and everything. The quality was beautiful.
    Wish they accepted refunds as they got me to buy a hoop but it’s not needed

    Fantastic time!

    Had a lovely experience at Milton Keynes store. Claudia was my assistant who picked out some gorgeous dresses for me to try on. Once I had "my dress" she then helped with veils, tiaras and other accessories to complete the look.
    The prices are very reasonable and I was able to get what I wanted well within my budget.

    Perfect experience for me

    My mum and I went into the Swindon store to have a look at what they had, I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism of the young girl who was allocated to me. Nothing was too much effort and I could have tried on as many dresses as I wanted to. She understood my individual situation and listened to the feedback I gave on dresses. I couldn’t be happier with my dress, and the fact experience I had in wed2b would be very difficult to beat. I bought my dress, underskirt and veil all in one place, great for a bride who hates shopping!

    Wedding dress shopping

    Amazing experience at wed2b only shop i walked into help.as soon as I opened the door.made to feel really welcome they listened to our love story I fell in love with the first dress but tried more on but ended up saying yes to the dress to my first one I tried on no stress was just so relaxed with the help.from the staff would highly recommend I went to the Rotherham store for mine i chose the novaan it is gorgeous

    I had the most amazing experience at Wed2B. From the moment I walked in, the team were professional, friendly, and instantly put me at ease. They were so kind and welcoming to my whole entourage, making the appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

    The staff were incredibly experienced and guided me through the whole process with patience and brilliant advice. I truly felt supported the entire time, and thanks to their encouragement and enthusiasm, I genuinely felt beautiful!

    The selection and quality of dresses is incredible, and there’s something for every style and budget. I couldn’t recommend Wed2B highly enough. They made such a special moment even more memorable.

    100% reccomend

    Wed2be was the 3rd store I went to, I wish it was the first! The team are incredible, they really listened to what I wanted and made some amazing suggestions which resulted in me finding the dress of my dreams. Amazing team, so supportive and they really hype you up which is awesome. I required a larger size and I had so many options at Wed2be, which wasn’t my experience elsewhere. Thank you ladies ❤️ x

    Amazing Service!

    The Hull team were absolutely AMAZING! My bridesmaids and myself popped in on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by two lovely ladies who were fab! They picked dresses for me and helped me try on ones that I had picked for myself. They were so attentive and made me feel really special. I chose a beautiful dress and veil that fitted me almost perfectly, it just needed taking up a bit. I went with one of their recommended seamstresses who did a fab job and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Wed2B - especially Tara at the Hull branch who helped me in and out of dresses and gave me her advice. Thanks so much
