Lovely boutique

Michelle was welcoming and helpful. I went not knowing what style of dress I wanted and she listened to what I liked about each dress showing a lot of patience and understanding. Michelle went the extra mile to borrow a dress that I liked in the correct size. Highly recommended.

Friendly and welcoming

I had a wonderful visit to Lily Francis Bridal, Michelle was so welcoming and helpful, making the experience very enjoyable! She could not have been more accommodating, fitting me in for an appointment last minute and sending over some images of the dresses ahead of the appointment. It was nice to have the whole shop to myself and not feel rushed or pressured during the appointment. Would highly recommend Lily Francis Bridal!

A fantastic experience

As an older bride getting married for the second time I was nervous and had no idea what I wanted or what to expect. Michelle was excellent in communicating in the lead up to the appointment and as soon as I walked in the door I felt at ease. There was such a beautiful array of dresses it was hard to know where to start but I chose five to try and fell in love with two. I never felt rushed and Michelle certainly knows her stuff! Ultimately, I found my dress on my first appointment which I never expected to happen! Thank you Michelle!!

Wonderful experience!!

Lily Francis Bridal was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I went. I initially booked an appointment to look at dress styles to see what suited me, with no intention what so ever of actually walking out with a dress. And yet lo and behold I found my dream dress in only the second dress I tried on! Michelle has a lovely little boutique in my local area filled to the brim with beautiful dresses in every style imaginable, it is very well designed and laid out with a dressing area upstairs with shoes and accessories in a separate area and all the stunning dresses downstairs. She was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She was very attentive and patient when I wanted to try on about 20 dresses! I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted but I had a rough idea, Michelle really listens to what you’re looking for in the perfect dress and I found mine straight away, she was beyond helpful. She had a great knowledge of all the dresses in the shop and recommended I tried on different styles so I knew what suited me and what didn’t. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have already recommended her to friends!

The best in the business!

Cannot recommend Michelle’s services enough! Not only is she such a lovely, down to earth person but she makes the whole experience picking your wedding dress so much better and fun. Her collection of wedding dresses made it so hard to pick as they are all just so beautiful! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress for their wedding day. Thanks Michelle ❤️

Beautiful boutique with the lovely Michelle

Lily Francis Bridal was the first bridal shop I visited and immediately upon entering Michelle was welcoming and friendly.

There is plenty of room to explore the beautiful selection of dresses and the whole place has a lovely calming feel to it.

I was nervous about going shopping but these nerves were instantly gone with the friendly nature that Michelle has. Michelle is so knowledgeable, kind and supportive which made this such a fun and special experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed trying on dresses and am so happy to have found the one with Lily Francis Bridal.

The best in the business

Where do I even start with Michelle. From the second I walked into her boutique she made me feel so at home. She made my mum and bridesmaids feel welcome and included. Listened to what I liked and didn’t like, encouraged me to nudge outside my box. Respected my budget and never let me fall in love with a dress I couldn’t afford. When I wanted a second appointment to finalize my decision she was flexible and again so welcoming. Michelle gave me the experience I had dreamt of and I’d shout from the rooftops how amazing she is!

So welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and accommodating, would highly recommend and of course I said yes to the dress 🥰
