  An experience I will cherish

  I had an incredible experience at Brides Dress Revisited which I will cherish as part of my bridal chapter. From my initial bridal consultation with Sarah, through to my re-try appointment with Lottie and purchasing of my dress, the service I experienced was outstandingly professional, efficient and most importantly, special. I have been to a few bridal shops and nothing compares to this; the quality and value for money of their dresses, their beautiful shop and genuine interest in their brides is second to none. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride-to-be; an experience you will not forget.

  I found my dream dress

  The team were so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had such a lovely experience with a glass of bubbly and 100s of gorgeous dresses to choose from. It didn’t take long for me to find the dress of my dreams for my summer wedding. Would highly recommend Brides Dress Revisited.

  Beautiful dresses but comments about diet and weight ruined it

  This boutique was my first ever bridal appointment, and it's a gorgeous shop with lovely dresses, but my experience was ruined by the comments surrounding dieting and weight loss. I was told I would need to 'diet' into one of the dresses if I wanted to buy that specific one. I appreciate the nature of the revisited store means there is a limited range in sizes, but as a young woman, it was very hurtful to be told how much weight I should lose for my wedding day in one dress. Unfortunately, that is what I will remember from this and not so much the beautiful dresses and the process in finding my style as a bride.

  Helped me to find hair accessories

  The ladies in the shop were really lovely and found me different hair vines and bands to try. They were really happy to help and offered to order in more products if I wanted to try them.

  Fantastic service selling my gown.

  I approached Brides Dress Revisited after numerous recommendations on social media. They were amazingly quick to respond regarding the selling of my gown and when it was sold. I am throughly pleased and would recommend them to all potential brides and those who wish to sell their gown. I felt amazing on my wedding day and absolutely hope it's new owner feels the same. Thank you so much ladies for amazing customer service!

  Preloved wedding dress shopping

  Excellent for selling your dress

  After getting dress regret and buying a new wedding dress I looked for boutiques where I could sell my unworn dress as I personally would never buy one online without trying it on first. I contacted them initially through the online form and I heard back quite promptly that they would accept the dress and a contract was in place, the selling commission was standard with other boutiques reselling and they clearly outlined how long they would keep the dress and what options were available if the dress did not sell in the given timeframe. The arrangements to send the dress to the boutique were also very prompt and professional. The dress was collected by a courier. I was informed when my dress was sold and later received payment

  Perfect dress

  The team at Brides Revisited were able to pick out multiple dresses to suit my taste which I enjoyed trying on with a glass of bubbly in hand! Super friendly, able to give recommendations about adjustments that might suit and easy to organise fittings.

  Friendly staff and beautiful dresses

  Lovely friendly people from the moment I stepped into the shop. Relaxed environment, you can browse freely and look at all the dresses. Very patient with trying dresses back on and taking photos and videos. Was the best experience I have had in a shop and I have visited 5. Dresses are beautiful and reasonable prices. I found my dream dress

  Beautiful shop in the heart of Otford ❤️

  This shop is a gem within a beautiful quaint little village. I was sceptical at first visiting a pre-loved/sample dress shop but this knocked all the other boutiques we visited out of the water! Staff were lovely and made me feel comfortable and would highly recommend.
