amazing staff, great experience.
I can't thank abigails enough for helping me find my dream dress, they went above and beyond made me feel so comfortable for someone who is pretty self conscious, especially sophie who took the time to listen to exactly what i wanted and ended up buying something completely different, but was like it was made for me, would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the best 5 star service. -

As soon as you walk into Abigail’s Collection, you can’t help but have a smile on your face. You’re greeted with enthusiasm, excitement and Prosecco!
I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted, but within a 15 minute phone call I had a formed a whole wish list with their guidance. Being able to create an online list was so helpful and meant I wasn’t completely overwhelmed when I arrived in store.
Kelly was brilliant in helping me find my dress and veil and made me feel so comfortable. They were constantly providing updates on where my dress was and even called to check how the alterations went!
We went back to the Groom’s Room to find my husband’s suit, and had an equally brilliant experience. They really know their stuff and have so many options for rental.
Thank you so much, especially to Kelly and Ciara. I’m sad I won’t be able to come back again now!

Rachel was so helpful in helping me find the perfect dress. I loved all the little extras they provide here for you, they even sent us a happy wedding card over a year after I bought the dress! Just so lovely! -

First off, I was so nervous about trying on dresses but as soon as I walked into store the team at Abigail's Collection were amazing! Sophie was my personal stylist (can't remember your officially title sorry!) and she perfect! She made me feel special, beautiful and like a princess! When you make an appointment, you can have a wishlist of dresses to try - I have a budget and some of the dresses I picked were over my budget. Sophie made me realise there was no reason for me to try them on if I couldn't bring the budget to match. No one wants to fall in love with something they can't afford.
I found my dress literally within 20 minutes of being there, there is a variety of dresses for you to try and the team are very patient while you make up your mind. Thank you again to Sophie and the team for making me comfortable during my visit and helping me secure the dress of dreams! -

I cannot recommend Abigail’s Collection highly enough. As a Tollesbury girl and one of their Brides of the Month, I may be a little biased, but I genuinely had the most amazing experience with the entire team from start to finish.
They made both me and my guests feel so special every time we visited. What impressed me most was how well they understood what I wanted, sometimes before I even knew it myself! From my very first appointment through to collecting my dress, they guided me every step of the way with patience, expertise, and genuine care.
Every dress I tried on helped me get closer to finding “the one”, and the team made the whole experience feel exciting, relaxed, and memorable. Choosing a wedding dress can feel overwhelming, but they made it such a special part of my wedding journey.
Thank you to everyone at Abigail’s Collection for helping me find my dream dress and for making me feel so welcomed and supported throughout the entire process. Even to the little details from cards and calls that made everything even more special. -

From the moment you step foot in Abigail’s Collection you are treated like royalty, I felt like I was treated as a bride rather than just another customer. They take their time with you and continue to make contact with you to help support you before your big day. I even received a phone call the day before my wedding wishing us luck which was a really cute touch. -

I can't fault Abigail's at all! The service you receive from booking is outstanding and I was shocked considering they do not charge for bridal appointments. I had a phone call from Rachel prior to my appointment who talked me through what to expect, got a feel for what I liked/didn't like and the vibe of our wedding so we could get stuck straight into dresses at my appointment! I only tried on a handful of dresses and found my dress based on Rachels recommendation. She knew exactly what would suit me and it was a dress I wouldn't have picked for myself!
All of the personal touches and expert advice from the staff at Abigail's really makes the whole process and enjoyable one. I would recommend to all bride-to-be's!

Me bridesmaids and I all felt so welcome and pampered. The dresses were so beautiful that it was hard to decide. I had a bit of a tighter budget but they catered to it easily. Last-minute, I tried on a Sale dress, and it was the perfect one. They noticed when I was uncomfortable in other dresses compared to that last one, so was incredibly attentive.
