  Amazing experience

  The girls at Chilham bridal are so lovely, I never felt rushed when trying on dresses and they really go out of their way to understand what you are looking for. They made the experience of finding my dress feel personal right from the start and I never felt under pressure or overwhelmed with them. They have an amazing choice of second hand and ex-display dresses which I loved the idea of, I am so glad that I found my dress with them.

  Perfect Dress

  We were nervous about the whole wedding dress process but the women at Chilham were lovely and patient. We found my dress on the first visit but at the beginning of the appointment my Mum and I agreed that we would come back in a couple of months to see their new stock if we didn’t find one during the appointment. It was such a beautiful and private space to try on dresses and explore different styles. Would highly recommend ❤️

  The best experience EVER

  Literally from the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was made to feel so special. I went to get an idea of what I wanted for my special day and walked out with the dress of my dreams. Literally the best experience ever. Can not recommend eonough

  Immediately Made Me Feel Special

  I visited the boutique was greeted by a personalised sign on the door which immediately made me feel special.
  Carly was so welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away.
  She made recommendations and gave her advice which was really helpful and after a few options I found my dress!!
  I would highly recommend Chilham Bridal Boutique for a personal and enjoyable experience.

  Fabulous dresses at amazing prices!

  Carly made my experience so wonderful and was very reassuring and accommodating, even though I am super indecisive and helped me find my dream dress!
  The whole party raved about how lovely she was and the dresses are fabulous at such amazing prices!
  I wish I could chose my dress again!

  Would definitely recommend this shop

  I visited the shop 3 times before choosing my dress, each time Carly was welcoming, listened to what I had in mind and totally got me in terms of understanding what I was looking for. Carly helped discard dresses that she felt wouldn’t/didn’t suit me and we finally found the one!

  Found the perfect dress...

  My 1st wedding dress shop EVER ... and my only wedding dress shop!!
  Found the perfect dress... didn't need a thing doing to it!!
  Carly was so helpful and made it really enjoyable for my bridesmaids/mum's!! It was a lovely morning....
  I even wanted to change my veil (after changing my mind)- wasn't a problem, they were more than happy to help!!

  Lovely ladies & lovely shop. I couldn't be happier as these ladies helped me to find me my perfect dress. I told them the style I wanted & they went out & found it. Can't wait to wear it now, roll on September! Thank you!!

  Five Star Service

  Lovely personal service where you are solely looked after and made to feel like a princess!! I found my dress 4 dresses in being the first time in a wedding shop& trying dresses on!! Unique and fantastic dress and experience! So many compliments on the big day and we made it in Kent Wedding Magazine.
