I’m so glad I found Hester for my wedding make up. Her portfolio is outstanding and an accurate representation of her talent as a makeup artist.
I had such fun at the trial, whereby Hester helped me to decide on the best look for me based upon my theme and the type of makeup I usually wear.
On the morning of the wedding, she was such a calming influence for me and my bridesmaids, and completely transformed us all! We had so many compliments on how glamorous we looked on the day, and the makeup stayed on all day!
I’m so so glad I found Hester and will be recommending her wherever I can. My only regret is not getting married all over again so I can look that glam again!! The whole experience just wouldn’t have been the same without her! -

Where do I start?
I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Hester for making my bridal makeup dreams come true!
Myself and my bridesmaids loved everything about our makeup.
Hester is so talented at what she does and only uses the best high quality makeup.
I was a nightmare and wasn’t sure what I really wanted makeup wise at first because I suffer with awful eczema and dry skin. Hester worked with me to come up with the look I wanted by changing some things we did in the trial to work with my skin.
My makeup lasted the whole day and I mean the WHOLE day (even the night as I passed out asleep)😂
I loved the little emergency top up pouch she provided, such a cute and clever idea!
Hester arrived and bought her whole makeup studio with her, which we all loved and along and Viv (hairdressing) I had the best morning with my girls getting glammed up!
Both of them felt part of our group🤍
Hester is also a great baby sitter/holder when it comes to needing someone to baby sit when photos are being taken🥹😅
Overall I can’t recommend Hester enough for all your makeup needs!!

As someone who doesn’t wear a lot of make-up choosing a make-up artist was difficult. Hester made it so easy with a brilliant trial where she listened to exactly what I wanted and she was brilliant on the day helping to keep nerves at bay. -

Fabulous experience for Bride, mother of bride(me)mother of the groom and 4 bridesmaids all at my house
Schedule was really good and all ready in time and worked amazingly with hairdressers
Also took the loveliest photo of my daughter
Makeup lasted until the small wee hours I think it might of still been on the next day too !

The most perfect finishing touch
Hester was wonderful from start to finish. From bridesmaids being added and removed to finding us at the most remote Airbnb. As a complete makeup novice I went in with a few pictures and just wanting to make sure I looked like myself…but after an amazing nights sleep!!
Hester got my look perfect in one go! Our trial was fun and her skincare recommendations were so great and helpful I am still using the products now!
On the day itself Hester felt like part of my bridal party. From helping my mum feel like her best self to joining in the dance party she was an instant friend. My makeup didn’t just last the day, I still looked amazing after 8hrs of dancing and drinking in the August sun. -

Hester listened to exactly what I wanted, she is not only very professional but makes you feel so relaxed.
She really is amazing and makeup from natural to ultra glamorous look.
Knows her knowledge on all makeup brands and I felt a million dollars , wouldn’t use anyone else.
My bridesmaids also loved their makeup.

Absolutely perfect!
Hester was booked as the MUA for my daughter’s wedding day and as someone who doesn’t normally wear make-up, I was definitely needing some help! I was worried about looking too ‘made up’ but she got the look I wanted completely right. Perfectly natural!
Thank you Hester for making me feel so special, I really loved the look. (So much so that after the wedding, I contacted Hester and she kindly provided me with all the details of products used on the day!)

From the moment of contact to the big day, Hester was so supportive and knowledgeable. I booked her for my wedding gift to the bride, because she never wears makeup and I wanted her to have the full experience.
Hester went above and beyond on the day, helped with the dress etc... but best of all was the make-up! Wow 👌 perfect colour match for me, even though I didn't have a trial, and most importantly the bride was happy and looked stunning, a beautiful version of herself (not over done). She applied lashes to complete the look and gave us both touch up bags, but we only used them once and the make-up lasted all night!
I will definitely be booking Hester again for future parties and weddings.
I'm a make-up artist myself and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
