Absolutely Amazing!
Hester is absolutely fantastic! The second I started planning my wedding, I knew I wanted to book Hester along with Leanne(leannelishmanartistry).
I was very fortunate to be part of a bridal party for another wedding who also used Hester, everyone absolutely loved Hester and the magic she created with the wedding party! It was a no brainer when it came to looking for the perfect artist for my wedding.
Hester is honestly so lovely and knows how to make you feel comfortable. She made sure to listen to what each individual party member wanted, but also provided advice along the way.
We were all so impressed with how our makeup turned out, I can’t thank her enough. From myself and the rest of the bridal party, thank so much🤍

After having my make-up done by Hester as a bridesmaid in 2022 I knew I needed to book her for my own wedding in 2025. She was one of the first vendors I hired back in 2023.
From the start Hester has been incredible. She provided in depth advice on skin care to help prep my skin for my big day and I will continue using the products as my skin has never looked better.
During my trial Hester listened to my ideas and created something even better than I imagined. She asked questions about on the day - things like what sort of make-up I'd like the bridesmaids to have.
On the day, even though we had a very early start, Hester brought a calm yet upbeat vibe which was exactly what we needed. She ensured everyone felt listened to with their make-up and the bridal party said they had never looked better! My Mum was nervous about having her make-up professionally done but Hester put those concerns to bed and made her feel beautiful.
My make-up was even more stunning than our trial and it lasted all day and night, even after some full on dancing. I am a sweaty gal and the make-up was immovable!

I booked Hester for my wedding make up, my Mums and all 4 of my bridesmaids. When I first met Hester at my trial she put me at ease straight away and listened to every detail from the venue, dress, style I was going for and how I wanted my make up. She nailed it first time and I didn’t need any changes, I was honestly blown away and loved it!
On the morning of the wedding she put us all at ease straight away. We had great fun getting ready and she was brilliant helping me with final touch ups before we left.
Hester is super talented and amazing at what she does, don’t hesitate booking her she gets booked up very quickly!Hester lily makeup artistry's reply:

Amazing makeup artist
Hester is the most amazing make up artist and I would recommend her to anyone thinking of getting their make up done for their wedding or an event. I felt stunning and all of my bridesmaids said how much they loved their makeup. Thank you so much Hester! -

I had never had my makeup done professionally before prior to my bridal trial. I booked Hester following our interactions on each other’s social media, and by the time we got round to my trial, Hester felt like an old friend. I walked out of the studio with a confidence I’d never felt in myself before. Hester made extensive notes which she then used to replicate my bridal makeup on the day. She has also given me skincare advice over the past two years, in which I have seen a massive difference.
My bridesmaids were also new to professional makeup. Hester listened to their individual requests for more glam/natural make ups, while still making sure they were complementary. We ended up running ahead of schedule which was brilliant. Hester stayed with us to do final touch ups until I was dressed and ready for the registrars, and was a calming presence all morning.
I looked like a glamorous 50s film-star on my wedding day and received so many compliments about how well it lasted. It has photographed beautifully in both colour and B&W.
P.S George loved it so much that he decided to steal the foundation from my nose during our first kiss! 😂 -

Hester was a dream
Booking Hester to do my wedding make up was one of the best decisions I made. She was incredible and all my girls looked beautiful, altering looks slightly to accommodate what people wanted. She is so talented and made me and my bridesmaids feel the best we’ve ever felt. Having Hester there on the day was so comforting, literally like having an extra friend and I’m so glad I chose her to do my wedding make up. She is the best xxxx -

I’m so glad I found Hester for my wedding make up. Her portfolio is outstanding and an accurate representation of her talent as a makeup artist.
I had such fun at the trial, whereby Hester helped me to decide on the best look for me based upon my theme and the type of makeup I usually wear.
On the morning of the wedding, she was such a calming influence for me and my bridesmaids, and completely transformed us all! We had so many compliments on how glamorous we looked on the day, and the makeup stayed on all day!
I’m so so glad I found Hester and will be recommending her wherever I can. My only regret is not getting married all over again so I can look that glam again!! The whole experience just wouldn’t have been the same without her! -
