I booked Gemma for my wedding make up for myself and 7 others in my bridal party. Gemma advised on the best start/finish times to suit our ceremony time and arrived on time on the day.
She was great with all the girls, helpful with colours and things that would suit their skin tones. We had worked out what my make up would be like earlier at a trial and barely made any changes to it on the day.
Gemma was professional and such a calming presence on the wedding morning, I am so thankful for her experience and attention to detail, all of my bridal party looked and felt beautiful. My make up was perfect and lasted all day - I didn’t want to take it off!! I would absolutely encourage other brides to book with Gemma.

The reason I chose Gemma was the fact her portfolio showed a huge range of soft glam, natural looks which was exactly what I was looking for. My bridal party was on the larger size (me plus my mum and 8 bridesmaids) and every single one of us agree that it was the best hair and makeup we have ever had. Each individual look was tailored exactly to each person's skin type, preferences etc and it lasted well into the early hours even after a day of outdoor photos in the wild Lancashire weather and dancing all night! Gemma, Kelly and Victoria made all of us look like the best version of ourselves but, as well as being so skilled at what they do, they provided humour, advice, fun and reassurance on the wedding morning which made getting ready such a magical experience. Thank you Gemma for making all my wedding dreams come true and giving me confidence I never knew I had, you are truly incredible!! -

Gemma and team were great at our wedding.
I had a trial before and Gemma nailed the brief first time and also did a trial for my mum who was nervous about wearing make up for the first time in a while but she was very happy with the natural look.
On the wedding day Gemma and team were great at making us feel relaxed even when dealing with 9 sets of hair and make up. All the bridesmaids and mums were very happy with their look and felt themselves but the glamorous version. As the bride I loved my make up and hair and it looked just how I imagined it in person and also showed up amazingly in photos. I would highly recommend Gemma and her team for a wedding! Thank you! -

Bridesmaid 1: They were super professional but also warm and friendly, I thought the hair and makeup looked fantastic and lasted really well. Would massively recommend them and thoroughly enjoyed having my hair and makeup done by them, and thought we all looked and felt fabulous!
Bridesmaid 2: Bloody lovedddd my hair, it stayed in all day considering it’s so long, and didn’t hurt at all. Kelly absolutely nailed what I’d asked for and it was comfortable all day, and made me feel really sophisticated! Gemma really listened to what I usually like on my skin and suggested the perfect base so I felt glam, but still like me. Having lashes included was amazing, and it lasted all day, even after hours of dancing.
Gave them both a huge cuddle after they’d finished, because I loved it so much! Such lovely, friendly ladies!
Bridesmaid 3: Kelly was so lovely, my hair stayed in place all day, super comfortable, she made me feel so good about myself, really captured my style and personality and made me feel good in myself
Gemma was amazing!!! I’ve never had my makeup professionally done before but she made me feel so comfortable, she was so kind and the makeup was so beautiful and lasted all day with no touch ups needed!! I felt glowy and lovely and didn’t worry once about it all day
Bride: I was completely speechless with my hair and makeup! I looked and felt amazing from start to finish! I got so many lovely compliments on how it looked. Gemma and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I had my hair and makeup looking exactly the way I wanted! Gemma was amazing from the moment I enquired to the moment she left me feeling beautiful in my bridal suite. Nothing was too much and she was so accommodating, really paying attention to how I felt and what I liked. My makeup still felt like me and that’s one of the most important feelings. Highly recommend!
I stumbled upon Gemma’s Instagram page when looking for someone who could do hair and make up for me and my bridesmaids. I was immediately drawn to the images that showcased her skills and talents in transforming brides to feel their best on their special day.
A few email exchanges and I felt confident, assured and happy to appoint Gemma to the role of transforming me, my bridesmaids and mum on the day. Deposits and invoices were accurate and clear.
Gemma has been communicative, provided me with trials and listened to what was wanted.
Gemma and Kelly (hair) arrived promptly on the day and set straight to work. Everyone was ready on time. They engaged in conversation with us, providing a relaxed and warm atmosphere as nerves began to grow and giggles lifted the room.
Our make up lasted all day and I was so happy with my ‘look’. As photos are coming through, I feel she enhanced my features and made me feel my best self.

Gemma was amazing from the moment I enquired! I went for a trail as I don’t often wear make up, this was at Gemma’s house and she was so welcoming. I felt completely myself on the wedding day and absolutely loved my make up! All the bridesmaids were very happy with their makeup too.
Gemma is so lovely and professional - I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to do their wedding make up. -
