Firstly, thank you to Mandy for doing the hair for my wedding. From the very beginning you were friendly, approachable and professional, and I really appreciated you being happy to arrange more than one trial so we could make sure everything was just right. It was lovely getting to know you before the big day, which made me feel much more relaxed.
On the wedding morning you arrived on time and worked well alongside my make-up artist, helping everything run as smoothly as possible. I was really pleased with my bridal hairstyle and it lasted beautifully throughout the day.
While there were a few small areas where I feel communication and timing for bridal party members could have been a little better on the morning, this didn’t take away from what was overall a positive experience. I’m very grateful for all your hard work, and I was really happy with my finished bridal hairstyle. Thank you again, and I wish you every success.

Although I worked on who ever was available to get their hair done at the time to avoid cross over with the makeup artist I do appreciate that I should ask more questions about what order the makeup artist would be doing so that the hair could be planned. The service I received was great, I had a test run with both hair and make up 3 weeks before the wedding date and I'm glad I did as it was nice to discuss and test what I would want on the day. And after the test I decided to change both slightly which was no problem for Mandy, also I didn't want the full works regarding the makeup so between myself and Mandy we came up with what I wanted and adjusted the price to fit my budget which I was very grateful for. I can't say how comfortable Mandy made me feel and how happy I was with both my hair and makeup on the dayNorthern Beauty by Mandy's reply:

I contacted Mandy because I was going to a very glam wedding and being from the countryside, I don’t have a clue how to do my hair or makeup very glam!
She was brilliant from the time of booking, being responsive with emails and on the day being friendly and professional.
The result was indeed very glam and it lasted all day and night easily.

Amazing MUA/Hair

Amazing hair and make up artist !
Just wanted to say a massive thank you for making us all look beautiful and ensuring we were all feeling confident. Mandy was very flexible and worked really hard on the morning to make sure we were ready on time ! Also a big shout out to the other lady who was doing make up too she was amazing.

Mandy was amazing! So accommodating and personal. It was so lovely to have her there the morning of my wedding she made it a very chilled and enjoyable time even with the hectic family I had around haha She is extremely talented- her makeup and hair were incredible!! June 2024 my niece tied the knot in Yorkshire. I needed a hair and make up artist for both the pre wedding party and wedding day. I reached out to Mandy who luckily was available ( I did book her at least 6 months in advance)
When I sent her a photo of the pre wedding party outfit she already had a look in mind. She asked if she would allow me to do it and trust her. And I did
Both looks were a hit on my social media and the comments flooded in. I was really proud of the looks Mandy created for me
She took her time and didn't rush at all. Made me laugh and we happened to have time to talk about life.
