I'm not one who usually pays for my hair to be styled, even for occasions, so when it come to finding a wedding hair stylist I was lost. I come across Lauren's page through seeing her style other people I knew so I knew she was popular. I had a few trails with her and she did my hair for other occassions and from the first appointment it felt like I'd known her for ages! She is so friendly, chatty and comforting, not to mention EXTREMELY TALENTED!! I am so glad I found Lauren and feel like I've gained a friend in the process! On my wedding day she fit right in with me and my bridal party with her bubbly energy and it felt like having another one of the girls there!! I honestly couldn't recommend enough! Lauren is the best at what she does and I can't recommend her enough. As soon as I booked her, she was on hand to answer questions and made the process stress free. I went for a trial and we discussed how I would want my hair and what would work best with my hair type. We communicated in the lead up to the wedding and on the morning, Lauren discussed the changes I wanted to make and executed them perfectly. Myself, my bridesmaids and both my mam and my mother in law absolutely loved our hair with most of us wearing it to breakfast the next morning still completely in tact! It literally didn't budge, even with the wind and rain making an appearance on the day!

Lauren wasn't just a hairstylist on the morning of my wedding, she was calm reassuring and joined in with the excitement of the day. She helped get me into my wedding dress so I could do my reveal to my family and bridesmaids and worked with the photographers to ensure everything ran smoothly. She is extremely professional, calm yet reassuring and the biggest hype girl!

I booked Lauren about 1.5 years out from my wedding day, not only did her hair page grab me but also her long list of previous fantastic reviews. Lauren was responsive from the get go, making me feel a priority even with so long to go before my big day. She truly values making brides feel special on their day and understands that starts long before the day itself. She’s friendly, professional and always on hand to answer questions no matter how silly they may seem. As someone with long thick hair it can be quite daunting finding someone who can style it well to last and my god Lauren passed all expectations. My hair was truly truly flawless (hair pic is from the trial and speaks for itself!). My mum had a very particular vision for her hair and Lauren delivered it perfectly, and seemingly effortlessly. All of our hairs lasted all day, no touch ups required and most sported their pin ups to breakfast the next day still looking perfect! On the day itself she fitted in amazingly with the bridal party, being calm, singing along and offering distractions when most needed! She also stayed until the very last minute before the ceremony despite being finished long before to get me in my dress and place my veil ensuring I could do my first look without anyone spotting me! I would recommend LAV hairstyling to any bride - she was 10/10 and great value for money.

Lauren is amazing at what she does - my hair usually refuses to hold a curl for longer that 30 minutes to an hour - and she made my hair stay curled for the whole day and well into the early hours of the next morning -
She’s extremely understanding and so positive when I advised her of my trichitillomania she was able to ease my anxieties and thought of some solutions that worked with my preferred style , I have already recommended her to a few friends

LAV Hair was amazing from start to finish! I booked my winter wedding for within the year and I was so lucky she was available. Everything was simple and Lauren kept in touch throughout the year. I had booked Lauren for my Wedding in February. She was easy to communicate with and consistent with messages if I had any queries or issues she would put my mind at ease. I had done my trial in the January thanks to her reminding me ! The trial was goregous and I knew straight away I was in the right hands her hair styling is incredible and she’s an amazing person too.

When it came to the wedding day she communicated with me often and is a breath of fresh air to have in the room while we are getting ready all of my bridesmaids and myself loved our hair it lasted all day and she is so professional and can pretty much do any style. I love how she put me at ease and was easy to talk too considering how stressful it can be. I have thin ish hair and she made it look like I had a lot of hair and added so much volume and it looked beautiful on the pictures alongside my bridesmaids gorgeous hair . Lauren went above and beyond to help me out on the morning like sorting out my niece’s hair which was a very last minute decision and I can’t thank Lauren enough for the little details like helping me steam my dress and helping with my niece getting ready. She is an absolute superstar and I would highly highly recommend her to anyone wanting a hair stylist for their wedding day her skills are incredible but also her as a person. I was desperate to find the ultimate Hollywood waves/curls and have the classic Hollywood look for my wedding and I was really struggling to find someone that did the exact look I really wanted so when I discovered Lauren's page, I felt like I had struck gold. Lauren was quick to respond to messages, happy to answer any questions ( no matter how small) and was happy to work with all hair types and styles for my bridal party. My bridal party and I had a trial a few months before my wedding and we were so happy with not only how our hair looked and felt but also Lauren's humor, friendly nature and professionalism and she knew exactly what each of us wanted. Coming away from the trial, I felt more excited then ever about my wedding hair and on the day, Lauren didnt feel like a hairdresser, she felt like a friend, she was excited for my wedding, she wanted to make sure everything (not just hair) was handled, the morning was smooth and fun and honestly I could not have loved my wedding hair more if I tried. Lauren fitted my Veil, checked in with our wedding coordinator, made sure i had a drink in my hand, so many extra things. From the very beginning, Lauren was absolutely amazing. I had a trial with her and instantly knew I’d found the perfect stylist, but she truly exceeded all expectations on the wedding day. My bridesmaids, mum, and I were all over the moon with our hair - each of us had different lengths and styles, yet each one was absolutely perfect. Lauren isn't just an unreal hairstylist, she helped me get into my dress, fitted my veil (which stayed perfectly in place until 2am!!) and even helped one of my guests zip up her dress - she is honestly unbelievable! From start to finish Lauren was amazing, I got married in June 2025 and I was an anxious bride always wanted to get stuff booked early from the trial and having a few things I wanted to hide to the wedding day Lauren was a dream, my hair was PERFECT and that’s no understatement! Lauren did my bridal hair for me in June and other styles for others in the bridal party, it’s the best I’ve ever left. After going through a trail and a couple of styles Lauren really helped me choose the perfect style for my face/dress/veil etc . I gave her the freedom to go with what she thought on the day and it was exactly what I was looking for. Lauren is friendly, lovely to talk to and goes the extra mile. My flower girl had messed up her curls playing before the ceremony so Lauren piggy backed her back up to the suite and styled her hair for her, it was beautiful and lasted all day on a 6 year old! She also stayed after , put on my veil in for me and made sure someone knew how to take it out right, just beyond the scopes of a hair stylist. So glad I made the decision to book her for my big day and would 100% recommend for future brides ❤️

She spent the morning, laughing and joking with my bridal party making each and every one of them look and feel amazing! She did whatever they wanted and advised where it was needed.
