From the very first enquiry, Jen was nothing short of amazing. She was warm, professional, and incredibly informative, which made me feel so reassured throughout the whole process. Every question I had and there were many 😄 was answered quickly and with such kindness. Her communication was always prompt and thoughtful, which made planning so much easier.
During the bridal trial, I instantly knew I was in safe hands. Jen took the time to understand the look I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. Come the wedding day, she absolutely nailed it! Not just for me, but for my entire bridal party. The hairstyles she created were pure magic; elegant, romantic, and they held perfectly all day!
What truly sets Jen apart though, is how much she cared. She wasn’t just our hairstylist. She was like an honorary bridesmaid. She gave us helpful tips, calmed any nerves, and even jumped in to help with other little things when parts of the morning didn’t go exactly to plan. Her calm and positive energy was exactly what we needed. Nothing phased her, she just got on with it and kept the vibe light and stress-free.
