Gemma August wedding
Gemma was lovely and listened to everything we all said we wanted. She was very calm and in turn made us all feel really relaxed on a chaotic wedding morning. The makeup lasted all day long into the night even though we had torrential rain and winds. The hair styles were done carefully and being mindful of us all being comfortable for the day. Gemma was always really quick to respond to any queries and questions. 100% recommend.

Our fantastic makecup and hair artist
Gemma was fantastic from start to finish. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectationst. Friendly, professional, and incredibly talented, Gemma played a big part in making our special day perfect. Calm in my wedding morning chaos
Gemma did the hair and make up for me and the rest of my family - mom, 2 sisters and auntie. She was super flexible when I needed to add more people and services than I had originally booked for. She was very professional, arrived early to set up and deal with the chaos and excitement of my wedding day. She was very patient and understanding with what me and my family wanted for the day. The most important thing is I felt really beautiful for my wedding and the hair and make up lasted through the night. Would definitely recommend her!

Best Natural Glowy makeup and beautiful hair for my big day
Gemma did such an amazing job of my hair and make up for my trial and on the day. She also did an amazing job of my bridesmaids too with the help of Jennifer. If you are looking for natural and glowy makeup Gemma is perfect for you. She made us all feel like a more confident and radiant version of our selves. She also did an amazing job of our hair which lasted the whole night, even with lots of dancing. I was nervous about sorting out hair and makeup for my wedding as I don’t really wear much makeup but Gemma did such an amazing job. The whole process was so seamlessly and Gemma was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t recommend Gemma more!
Gemma did my bridesmaids hair & makeup on my wedding day and each one of them looked absolutely stunning (even with no trial)! She hit their briefs exactly and their glam lasted all day! She bought a chilled vibe to the morning which we all really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend her enough, fab service all round! Thank you so much 🥰

The best of the best!
Gemma was outstanding from the get-go. She was supportive, knowledgable and flexible, making the whole bridal party feel at ease. From the previews to the wedding day, Gemma made everyone feel comfortable. Her professionalism and warmth made us all feel in safe hands and she made the experience so lovely and relaxing. I booked Gemma for hair and make up for myself and a mix of hair/make up and both for some of my bridesmaids. From the preview, she really took the time to get to know my style and the vision I was going for. As someone who doesn’t wear make up often, Gemma made me feel so relaxed, comfortable and beautiful by keeping it natural but elevated. I have sensitive skin and Gemma was so careful with what products we could use that wouldn’t cause a flare up. On the day itself, Gemma was such a calm energy and her timings were bang on.
All of my bridesmaids felt amazing with the looks they went for!

Couldn’t Recommend Enough
Gemma was genuinely one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. From the moment she arrived, she brought such a calm, friendly energy that immediately put me at ease. She made me feel beautiful, and she somehow managed to keep the whole morning running smoothly despite how large my wedding party was. Her schedule kept everything on track and eased any anxieties.

Fantastic job!
Gemma was quick to respond and communicate with me throughout the run up to our wedding.
I’m so happy she persuaded me to wear lashes during my trial. My wedding morning was chaotic, and she remained so calm it put me at ease. She did a wonderful job, and my hair and makeup lasted all day (on a sweaty August dance floor!)

Brides book Gemma!
Gemma is an absolutely amazing hair and makeup artist! Her natural warmth and calming presence instantly put me and my bridal party at ease. She made me feel so confident and truly beautiful on my wedding day. Gemma was super organised, she even sent me a detailed timeline of whose hair and makeup she would be doing, which made the morning run so smoothly and helped me relax as the bride. I’m forever grateful for her incredible work and would highly recommend her to any future bride!

So happy with my wedding look
I am so so happy with my wedding hair and make up and cant recommend Gemma highly enough
We didn't do a trial (my choice), a risk that I dont recommend but lucky for me Gemma was excellent!
I had given her some inspo pics for both me and my bridesmaids and she knocked it out the park

My look was perfect, exactly how I imagined it
It was amazing to see my look come together from the first trial to the final touch on the day. I had an idea what I wanted, Gemma was really fantastic in recommending the right make-up for my skin style and age, and she did a perfect job. I looked stunning on the day and that made my day even more special. Thank you so much!!!

My name is Gemma, i am wife (2018 bride!), mum of 2 boys, theatre graduate- big lover of a musical! CBT practitioner and over all lover of all things beauty and fashion related!
I have been a Hair and Makeup artist since approx 2016 when i first completed my training and have continued to grow my business alongside a career working with young people- another important part of my life!
I am a very relaxed, easy going person, i bring the calm to a wedding morning, i love what i do and could talk about it all day, equally you will see my concentration face in full force on a wedding morning!!
I love how each bride and groom bring thier individuality to their wedding day and make it personal to them- Your wedding day is the best ever and id love to share the morning with you! :)
