I attended Fierce Face Clinique for what was meant to be a minor cosmetic procedure, but my experience was extremely distressing and resulted in serious injury.
Following the treatment, I sustained second-degree burns to my chest, wrist, and leg. This included painful blistering and significant skin damage. The severity of the burns impacted my ability to carry out normal daily activities for a period of time, and I had to seek medical attention. I was informed that my injuries were consistent with second degree burns caused during treatment.

When I raised these concerns with the clinic, I was told that the procedure had been performed correctly. I felt my injuries were not taken seriously, and my concerns were not properly acknowledged or addressed.

Months later, I am still dealing with visible scarring, which has had a lasting impact on my confidence and quality of life. I no longer feel comfortable wearing clothing such as shorts or skirts, and I have been unable to reach any meaningful resolution with the clinic. They also block my comments on social media to hide the truth.

I strongly urge others to carefully consider their options before undergoing treatment here, particularly laser procedures, which can cause significant and lasting damage to the skin if not handled appropriately as they did with me. Please take care!
