Frequently Asked Questions
How many zines can I order?
Any number between two and ten. We won’t do one because we know that you’ll eventually need more rather than less. Remember the idea is to actually permanently display your wedding zine® on coffee tables, side tables and anywhere else you think they’ll fit. No zines in cupboards please! These are not ‘traditional’ wedding albums.
How long does it take to design my zine?
As stated in our product pages, digital proofs of your wedding zine® will be supplied within 30 business days (6 weeks) of placing your order. Following that we go through the revision process, after which we obtain approval to print your wedding zines. From that point, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery.
How many design changes can I make?
We will allow up to three small design revisions (ie: colour changes, correction of a typo and shuffling of an image). If you need to make any major revisions such as because you uploaded the incorrect images you will be charged at an hourly rate of $55 (1 hour minimum charge).
How many pages will my wedding zine® have?
Standard wedding zines® are 200 pages plus the cover, and elopement/mini wedding zines® are 100 pages plus the cover. We know how many stunning wedding photos your photographer sent you so let’s make sure we do them justice and put them on display.
How do I order my wedding zines®?
1. Use the order page to purchase between 2 and 10 copies of your wedding zine®;
2. Your email receipt will confirm your order and give you instructions for getting photos and other information such as wording, to us;
3. You’ll receive a digital version of your wedding zines to proof and approve before we print them;
4. Your wedding zines arrive at your door!
How many images must I supply you?
Between 250 and 400 original resolution images for standard wedding zines®, and between 150 and 200 images for elopement/mini wedding zines®. In other words, please ensure that you send us the original photos supplied to you by your photographer and don’t downsize them! If you need to request them again, tell your photographer that they are for ‘print’ and she/he will provide the files with the correct pixel dimensions and resolutions.
