  Wedding 21st March 2026

  VIP Wedding Films Scotland were absolutely incredible and played such a special part in our day.
  
  From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and so easy to be around. They captured everything so naturally — the emotions, the laughter, the little moments we didn’t even realise were happening. It genuinely felt like they understood exactly what mattered to us.
  
  Just over a week and a half after the wedding, we received our preview film, and it completely blew us away. The way they pieced the moments together was beautiful. It brought all the emotions of the day flooding back and left us both in tears (the good kind). Their talent for storytelling is something truly special.
  
  We’re so grateful for the care, creativity, and heart they put into capturing our wedding. They didn’t just film our day — they preserved memories we’ll treasure forever.

  Mr and Mrs Crane

  Derek you are the most easygoing person we have ever met, not intrusive at all and you captured the moments beautifully 🩵. You embraced.the elements and captured out day beautifully, nothing felt posed or forced and that’s what videography should be- not imposing but seamlessly blending in. I can’t wait to see our video as it’s all such a blur it will be nice to see it back and be able to re-live it all over again!

  From morning to night went great very professional and well with in budget happily recommend them to others

  The whole day and night was amazing and thanks to the photographers etc they made the day / night with them constantly making sore they got all the best pics etc

  The Fraser 06.03.26

  We got married on 06.03.26 at Boclair House and had Derek at VIP Wedding Films as our videographer. I can honestly say he was absolutely brilliant the whole day. Made all the girls feel so comfortable during morning prep and then went and set up at the venue ready for us arriving and caught us all coming in which I loved.
  Derek caught all the moments we didn’t get to see for ourselves as we were so busy & I am so thankful for this. The first reveal with my gran is just perfect. The highlight reel that followed after the wedding was also perfect, and give us a glimpse into what to expect for our full video and I can honestly say, it was outstanding. Would 100% recommend & will be recommending to every bride/couple getting married I know! Thanks Derek.

  Perfect !!

  We weren’t set on having a videographer for our wedding but I’m so glad we did ! From the first meeting we were made to feel relaxed and listened to. On the day we barely knew we were being filmed which is just what we wanted.
  We have just had our preview through and it’s perfect , our own song choices and beautiful shots ! I would 100% recommend VIP wedding films and Derek to anybody on the edge of booking for your big day !

  Best Wedding Videographer!

  Derek was a fantastic wedding videographer! We were unsure if we wanted a full wedding film but we are so glad we did! I was worried incase all I would see on my wedding day would be cameras but Derek used a great discrete camera and blended into the back ground! He is so kind and happy to be a part of your special day!

  Derek was amazing - communication throughout was excellent, and we received our highlight video within the week and all our video content within the month, we can’t wait to show all our family over Christmas!
  
  Derek captured our day perfectly, we’re so happy with the videos we’ve received and it’s something we’ll cherish forever and look back on in years to come. Thank you so much Derek for being part of our day, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a videographer for their wedding!

  Wedding moments perfectly preserved

  We couldn't be happier that we chose VIP Wedding Films Scotland to capture our big day in July. Prior to the day Derek arranged to meet with us and guided us through the process with professionalism and expertise. He kept in contact in the run up to our wedding, updating us on times and reminding us of what our package would include. We opted for the Platinum package, which was excellent value for money, and we chose to include the guest audio video phone which was a lovely little extra!
  On the wedding day, Alejandro was fantastic! He was professional, punctual and fastidious in his endeavours to capture the perfect shots. He blended in effortlessly, never intrusive, yet managed to capture so many creative and meaningful moments, including ones we hadn’t noticed ourselves.
  We received our video highlights within a few days, a lovely surprise whilst we were on our Honeymoon, and the full presentation was delivered in good time and to an excellent standard. The final video reflects not only the big highlights but also the small, heartfelt details that made the day special.
  We’re truly grateful to the team at VIP for their skill and care in preserving our memories.

  From the first contact with Derek we knew it was him we wanted to Capture our Wedding. His Professionalism was excellent. Every message was answered very quickly and everything we asked for we got and more. From the moment he arrived at our venue until he left he was Amazing.
