My husband and I got married at Colshaw Hall on 29.10.2024. The Manchester Wedding Film Company was initially recommended to us by our photographers and we are so glad we booked them (Ben) to capture our special day. Before our wedding we had a video call with Ben where we got to know him and discuss what we wanted from our wedding video. He was such a lovely guy and put us at ease straight away. He was quick to reply to any questions or queries and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. On the day of our wedding, he seamlessly blended into the background but managed to capture the most incredible footage including drone footage of the venue. He was warm to the guests and very professional. After the wedding we received our initial wedding trailer very quickly and three other videos came shortly after. The quality of his work was exceptional, beyond our expectations and we have loved watching the videos with our family and friends. Ben was professional, warm and very easy to work with. We highly recommend Ben and the Manchester Wedding Film Company to anyone getting married who wants to create a wedding video that is that bit extra special. Thank you so much Jane and Tom

Izzie & Danna were amazing and contributed so much to making our day so special. They came up with great ideas for shots and themes in tandem with my amazing wife’s ideas which made the whole day even better, and they were so calm and lovely to be around, which really added to the day, while also giving direction to people with no direction (me, the husband!). A lot of guests complimented their professionalism, but also commented that you barely saw them. They integrated into the day so naturally, which allowed for great candid content of real conversations and moments that will last a lifetime. Izzie and Danna aren’t just professional and at the top of their game (I’d recommend them in a heartbeat), they’re also genuinely lovely people, the kind you’d love working with but could equally grab a drink with. They made what can be a stressful process feel easy and exciting, from an introductory call where they took the time to understand our day while sharing some of their own ideas, through to regular check-ins that made sure everything ran as smoothly as it did. They also worked brilliantly in tandem with our photographer. We had a larger wedding celebration later that month with more family, and the only regret was that Izzie and Danna weren’t there (entirely our fault!). Julian created the most breathtakingly beautiful and artistic video of our wedding. He did a perfect job of capturing the excitement and emotions of the day. Julian was professional, very discreet in his filming and his calming attitude made everybody feel relaxed whilst being filmed. He took the time to get to know us as a couple, so that he could create a video that was perfect for us. We are absolutely over the moon with our videos, the editing and quality is amazing and it has beautifully preserved the memories of our wedding. John James was honestly the perfect person to film our wedding day. From the moment we met him, he was warm, friendly and completely put us at ease. He fitted into the day so naturally — it felt like having another friend there rather than a supplier, which made everything fun, relaxed and completely stress-free. As a same-sex couple, feeling comfortable and understood was really important to us, and John was so inclusive and supportive. He genuinely celebrated our relationship and captured our day with so much care and respect. The footage he created is absolutely beautiful. He managed to capture all the big moments but also the little details and emotions that we might have otherwise missed. Watching it back is incredibly special — it truly feels like we get to relive the entire day over and over again. We couldn’t recommend John highly enough. Absolutely incredible from start to finish! We actually changed videographers after losing confidence in our original choice, and finding him on Hitched was honestly the best decision we could have made. Communication was outstanding from day one, which was especially important after having such a difficult experience communicating with our previous videographer. He kept us completely at ease, was always responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. On the wedding day itself, he was fantastic. He blended into the background so naturally that we hardly noticed he was there, which meant he captured everything so beautifully and naturally without ever feeling intrusive. We received our highlights video really quickly and it was absolutely amazing! He has also continued to keep in touch and give us realistic timeframes for when we can expect our full footage, including the speeches, which we really appreciate. Even the USB arrived beautifully packaged, which was such a lovely finishing touch. We honestly cannot recommend him enough. If you're looking for a videographer who is talented, professional, communicative and genuinely cares about making your day special, book him! We are so glad we found him. ❤️
