Memorable Day Films is a wedding and event videography company based in West London. As a 2-man team, we are passionate about our work and film-making craft. During the wedding day, we aim to be low key and unobtrusive whilst filming, which also helps with the natural style of the footage we capture. We aim to tell the story of your wedding day, edited for a cinematic look. We will capture all the key parts of the day, whilst always looking for those moments of emotion and fun that make the day unique and memorable.

Services Offered

Memorable Day Films offers a highly personalised Wedding film production service covering your big day. We offer a number of packages to suit differing budgets and requirements. All our Wedding Film packages feature a highlights film (7-10mins) and an extended edit film covering the main parts of the service (vows etc) and the main reception speeches in full. We use professional high definition cameras and professional audio. We also offfer options for drone coverage, still photos from the video, and well-wisher messages from family and friends. Whatever your personal requirements, we are here to capture your memorable day and provide you with a film treasure to look back on for years to come.

All our packages include 2 cameramen (more angles for better overall coverage). All filming is in high definition. Professional audio with discreet mics. Client liaison and advice throughout

How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as date is set. The earlier, the better

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, mainly South East, but will travel further afield when budget allows

What is the charge for travelling?

Charged when location further than 35 miles from West London base. Quoted upon receipt of details

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

Relaxed, informal, natural style. Nothing posed

What kind of equipment do you use?

Professional 4k film cameras and audio equipment

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Alone

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

We quote based on the event, not the duration on the day. Our philosophy is we film anything that we or the client feels will contribute to the end films e.g. fireworks late in the evening

What are the forms of payment?

Bank Transfer

How do you work?

Once signed up, constant liaison with client, as required. I look to meet with clients near to the date to establish some familiarity and discuss details. We always reccy the venue(s) in advance

A Talented and Lovely Videography Team!

Thank you so much to Gary and David! We got married in June 2022 and they shot and produced our wedding videos which we received about a month later. We received two videos with our booking: a short highlights video (about 12 minutes) and then an extended highlights video, which included everything from the first video but then also had the full ceremony and all the wedding breakfast speeches included too (about 1 hour 20 mins)! Gary and David were wonderful to work with both beforehand and on the big day. They blended into the background all day, and my husband and I never felt uncomfortable or "managed" by them when being filmed. We love our videos and every one of our friends and family who have seen them have said the same! Such great mementos of our perfect day to look back on in the future! Thank you again Memorable Day Films!

Best choice we made

We absolutely loved our wedding film and Gary and David were extremely professional, polite and understanding.

They captured all the best moments and created such a beautiful film. We are so happy we ended up with them as our videographers, it was a last minute decision that we do not regret!

Just amazing!!!!!

We were fortunate to find these guys to cover our wedding. Their professionalism and friendliness was one of a kind.

Despite their experience, they listened to us and took our opinions into consideration with regards to how we wanted parts of the videos to be.
All of our friends and family who have seen the final videos have been so impressed by the quality of the work.

Really impressed

We absolutely love the two highlight films Gary and his colleague produced for our wedding in September. They capture the key moments of the day beautifully in a natural storytelling style.

I’m so pleased we chose memorable films. Gary and his colleague were friendly and took the time to get to know us before our big day, and visited the venue and church beforehand, which was an important element to us.

The videos are edited to a high quality & we are definitely pleased with the end product. It’s something we will treasure always.

Such a beautiful way to re-live our day

We just wanted to say thank you both so much for everything you did to help us capture our wedding day on Thursday 18th July 2019 at Lillibrooke Manor in Maidenhead. The wedding videos are gorgeous, we were completely overwhelmed watching them back - it's such a beautiful way to re-live your day, especially as a while ago we were a little unsure as to if we would have a wedding video or not but it was absolutely the right decision and is now one of our prized possessions. You guys were fab from start to finish, blending into our guests and being able to capture those small unseen moments throughout the day.

Oustanding service; amazing films...

Gary and his colleague were outstanding in their customer service. Because they are so passionate about their work, it made working with him so seamless. From the first meeting we had with Gary, we were drawn to his energy and professionalism. Gary was interested in us, and what our vision was for the day. Any meeting we organised, Gary was accommodating and willing to work with us to get the best out of the experience. Anytime the bridezilla emailed, he was sure to respond! Gary made us, and other suppliers feel at ease - in particular the photographer, who he needed to work closely with. The videos that the Memorable Day Films team produced for our wedding captured everything that was sentimental and important to us. We continually watch these over and over because we enjoy them so much. Anyone who has seen the videos have commented on the high standard of quality and the amazing drone shots. Exceeded All Expectations...

I have worked with many suppliers being from the creative industry myself and Memorable Day Films exceeded all expectations. They were so warm, friendly and keen to understand us as a couple and our family/friends to make sure we had the most amazing day with the best parts and memories captured. Highly Recommend...

Couldn’t recommend more…

We used Memorable Day Films for the wedding video. Very impressed. They were so discreet during the wedding day, we hardly knew they were there. When we got the final video we were amazed how many angles they had covered and in a cinematic style and beautifully edited. Gary came and saw the venue the day before and was so professional and polite throughout and they stayed till the end of the celebrations. They should be charging rather more, given the quality of their work and the professionalism. So lucky to have found this company randomly on the internet. Couldn’t recommend more!
