Highly recommended wedding venue !
The Woodland Manor hotel is a breath of fresh air.
The manager Freya runs the hotel brilliantly.
The place is wonderful, but what sets it apart from other establishments is the attention to detail as far as its customers are concerned. Nothing is too much trouble.
Everything was achieved with a minimum of fuss; in fact, no fuss and the day ended without a hitch (except for the bride to the groom)
It was the best wedding anyone could wish for, the most excellent food and brilliant organisation by Freya and her team.
We didn’t get meaningless corporate ‘fixed smiles,’ instead, we received the genuine warmth of staff that wanted, as much as we did, for the day to go well.
All throughout the weekend, there were staff members wanting to genuinely help in any way they could, from the reception staff to the cleaning team to the bar staff to the kitchen staff to the Chef, to the waitresses to...well, everybody.
The Woodland Manor Hotel isn’t a sparkly new hotel; it is, as its title suggests, an charming old manor that has been refurbished, so you have this wonderful fusion of lovely rooms and enchanting surroundings coupled with probably the best customer care experience that we’ve encountered for many years..
The rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. The quality in bed linen and towels etc. are first class. The comfort exceptional. The food is sublime.
There will be those who may think that this is a made-up review because it possibly sounds too good to be true. Any doubting Thomas’s are welcome to contact me - my email address is at the bottom of this review, but you only have to contact Freya to experience firsthand the delights of this cracker of a wedding and accommodation experience.

Treasured Memories
Our families had a fantastic weekend and all commented on the professionalism of the waiting staff.

What a Splendid Wedding
All our pre wedding day concerns were dissipated when we experienced the arrangements that we had requested, all being carried out by those concerned, without fuss or bother so that we were able to relax and enjoy our day.
We have received praise from all of the guests about the venue and the food that was served. -

Seventh heaven bespoke cake company would like to praise the staff at woodland Manor for all the effort and support that goes on behind the scenes. When delivering wedding cakes to woodland manor we have seen first hand all effort that goes in to making the venue so welcoming. -

Our wedding on September 10th was amazing and it's all thanks to the wonderful team at Woodland Manor Hotel.
