  Chelsea and the Wollaton Hall team were excellent!

  Wollaton Hall has always been such a special place for my new Wife and I. We were overjoyed to find out we could actually get married there!
  From the start Chelsea did an amazing job keeping us organised and helping explain how the wedding day is typically managed. On the actual day, Chelsea was the level head we needed - nothing phased her and she stepped in to help wherever required (including a rapid wedding dress fix when the bustle broke on the dancefloor)!
  The Wollaton team did a great job helping set up, change over the Great Hall and gathering everything for collection in the morning.
  Wollaton Hall was a beautiful venue to be married in and worked perfectly for our number of guests. A roof photoshoot is a nice touch! Additionally the price of venue hire was surprisingly affordable, compared to other venues of less grandeur.
  One thing to note, this is a public park (up to a certain time) so it may be less private than some people would like. This did not phase us, we loved every minute of our wedding day and the service provided by Chelsea and team!

  Beautiful intimate wedding venue

  We are so glad we chose to have our wedding ceremony in the Camelia house at Wollaton hall. The park was very important to us as we’ve visited many times together, but the beautiful and intimate setting of the Camelia house is what sold it as our wedding venue.
  
  Everything was so well organised by Chelsea in the planning stages and on the day. She was excellent getting all the logistics of suppliers sorted so we could focus on what was important to us. We felt we could trust everything would work well on the day and it took a lot of stress away in the planning stages. She also went above and beyond on the day, ensuring everything was running smoothly and helping out wherever she was needed.
  
  The Camelia house is an ideal venue to for a smaller, relaxed ceremony that still feels beautiful and special. We will always enjoy our visits to see the venue in future, with the memories of such a lovely day.

  Incredible venue and amazing staff

  We had our wedding here on 6th November 2021 after unfortunately having to postpone from 2020 due to the Covid restrictions. The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out and makes for a stunning location for a wedding. Chelsea was our wedding coordinator from the start of our planning and was incredibly helpful from the moment we enquired about hiring the hall, throughout the rebooking with Covid and was even there on the day to make sure everything went exactly as planned. We had a few meetings with Chelsea over the years of our planning and informed her of all of the suppliers/decorators/photographers etc that we were using. Chelsea liaised with all of them which helped to ensure the day went perfectly. All of the staff at Wollaton Hall were fantastic every time we went there and especially so on the day of our wedding. Our wedding day was amazing because of the hall and everyone working there made it even better. I definitely recommend you choose Wollaton Hall for your wedding!

  The dream location for our wedding!

  Wollaton Hall was the dream location for our wedding in September 2019. I always wanted to get married in a castle, and my husband had Wollaton as his playground growing up, as he used to live in the area. The Great Hall embraces you with warm light and serene atmosphere. As I was walking down the aisle I felt truly special and lucky to be there. There are plenty of spots for photos even if you prefer indoor set-up or nature. Chelsea has done a brilliant job organizing everything and entire staff was very helpful. Thank you Wollaton Hall team!

  Wollaton Hall was the dream location for our wedding in September 2019.   We will treasure this day forever

  Wollaton Hall was our first choice for many reasons; not only is it a beautiful historical house, it is full of memories for me growing up in the local area. For Joe (being Australian), it epitomises the elegance of the English countryside & was the perfect location to cater to our eclectic guest list.
  Chelsea greeted us on each tour; showing us parts of the house, the gardens & helping to explain how each part of the day will operate. We were given an option of 4 caterers who had access to the kitchens, deciding on Fiona Herbert Catering (& so pleased we did).
  The build-up to the day was a mixture of planning & verifying vendors, all so easily organised over email as Joe & I were out of the country – but we can honestly say it was so easy, we were given help & guidance along the way, tips & ideas based on past successful weddings & also the idea for a Gospel Choir, which did not disappoint. The suppliers we selected for flowers, music, catering etc all liaised directly with Chelsea & were given clear & concise information – so we weren’t inundated with loads of questions during the busiest build-up to the big day.
  Then the day arrived & we were blessed with a 30 degree day! The team members who helped during the wedding day were so lovely, under the guidance of Chelsea & her team, they ensured all of our guests were so well cared for whilst ensuring we had the best day we could.
  We cannot thank you all at Wollaton Hall enough, Chelsea you were priceless in ensuring everything ran seamlessly & did it all so gracefully. What a perfect day that we shall treasure forever.

  Perfect Location

  Wollaton Hall was the perfect location for our wedding - the building is stunning, and we felt so lucky to be able to use the beautiful Prospect Room and Camellia House. The wedding team were a pleasure to work with too, and were always very friendly and accommodating.
