The team at Westenhanger were outstanding. They were so professional and helped make our wedding day, the best day of our lives. They were there every step of the way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They were really flexible with any suggestions and last minute changes we wanted to make. They were excellent at getting things set up and moved for us. We can’t thank them enough - especially Rhianna who was so supportive of us. The catering team were also fantastic and the food was really excellent. As for the venue - it was stunning. We had the most perfect, fairytale wedding. There were so many perfect opportunities for photos. The preparation rooms were superb. It was everything we could have ever wanted and more. Thank you so much!!! -

From start to finish everyone we met at Westenhanger was friendly, reassuring and so helpful. We really felt special and like our day was all that mattered. No question was too big of an ask and any worries we had were squashed quickly. The communication through Sonas was great throughout the planning process. We really enjoyed the VIP days leading up to the big day as we got a great feel for the venue and the tasting bowls for food choices were really helpful (although literally everything tasted amazing, so it didn’t make our decision any easier!). Then meeting Josie 6 weeks beforehand to run through the day helped ensure everything was as organised as possible! As there was no event the day beforehand we were able to bring everything along with us and set up which was great instead of the morning before. We also got £300 off extras with our blue light card discount which was very handy. Huge shout out to Josie! She was so calm, cool and collected throughout the day. She managed issues like a melting cake like a pro and had a back up plan at the ready if needed. So many guests told me on the day and for many days after how wonderful the venue is. They all commented on the fact that it was absolutely stunning but also how amazing the service was. The way the servers brought out the food was very impressive!! There were no hiccups and if there was you wouldn’t notice because they got on top of it straight away. The food was a 10/10 for everybody - again lots of guests commented on this and said it was one of the best weddings they’d been to. Can’t get better than that! We would both highly recommend Westenhanger for your wedding day. Thanks so much to everyone who was involved! -

We couldn't be happier that we chose Castle Westenhanger for our wedding. It truly is a fairytale venue that creates the most magical backdrop for photos and makes the whole day feel incredibly special.
All of our guests absolutely loved the food, and the team were so accommodating when it came to special dietary requirements and individual preferences.
The staff were amazing from start to finish and helped the day run so smoothly that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really made the day unforgettable. We also loved the DJ - having the dancefloor full was really important to us so it was gret to have someone to read the room but also really listened to our preferences when it came to music.
If you're considering booking Castle Westenhanger, do it - you won't regret it!

To the Westenhanger team,
Where can I start… I had the most wonderful wedding day thanks to your team from the moment I had the first viewing to the day itself it has been an amazing experience. Your whole team has been so friendly, professional, approachable and made the day perfect!
I felt like a princess on the day, getting ready in the beautiful suite with the most delicious breakfast, it was so relaxed, fun and calm!! Georgia you were amazing keeping all the stress from me and making sure the day run so smoothly even when the registrar lady was telling us off for having the ceremony outside, you still made sure I had the day I wanted!
The venue looked absolutely stunning, the grounds were beautifully kept and all the guests complimented how gorgeous it was. The food was lovely, all the guests have since complimented us on how nice the food was, the drinks were flowing and plenty!
We both had the best day and thank you so much! I wish we could come back and do it all over again! -

I found the venue online and their fantastic website allows you to see estimated cost based on the date and number of people. Very practical! I was surprised that it was within our budget. So i booked to view it and we were inlove with the place! Tanya was so lovely showing us the place. Right there I knew we found the venue. Full of character & history yet very well maintained. From the sonas website that made planning so much easier to our event coordinator, Kelly! Everyone was so professional and helpful. Onto the wedding day, all the guests were complementing the food and staff service , it was like 5 stat hotel service. Our guests were all praises with the venue. I couldn’t find a fault! Best decision we made! I highly recommend it. Imagine getting married ina dreamy castle without breaking the bank. A dream come true.

The Ladies are Amazing , My Venue went into administration and had 2 weeks until we were supposed to married. I phoned up and spoke to the amazing Vicki, it then all fell into place. The amazing Kelley was the super hero of the day. I Don't know how Kelleys day went but mine was amazing from start to finish.

Beautiful , stunning. I was a princess the whole day.
The character of the old building , the turret, the getting ready room were amazing. The old ship in the grounds and the ruins , all my guest (and me ) commented on how stunning and beautiful this place is.
The marquee reception was spacious and we had a fantastic evening.
We upgraded our Dj Package (decore and more lights) and it was really worth it , my photos are amazing.
I Will 100% recommend this stunning venue.
If I could do it all over again I would.
