Emma Sent on 14/01/2025A Magical Wedding at Trevenna: The Perfect Venue paired with the most attentive, thoughtful and hardworking team
From the moment we first visited Trevenna, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. The blend of rustic charm, breathtaking views, and modern, stylish comfort instantly won us over. What truly made our whole experience extraordinary was not just the amazing venue itself, but the fantastic team behind it.
The food was simply exquisite. We would highly recommend the wedding feast prior to the big day, which gave us the opportunity to sample the delicious menu and select our wines. Trevenna’s attention to detail when it came to dietary needs was incredible – they were so accommodating, ensuring that everyone, from looking after our nephews to my gluten-free friends, they had wonderful options which met their needs. One guest even mentioned it was the best wedding food she’s ever had and felt truly spoilt!
From the gardeners to the chefs, from the kitchen porters to Jordan, Daniel, Mandy, and of course Jonathan, every single member of the team contributed to making our day(s) perfect. Their attention to detail was spot-on without ever being over the top, and no request was ever too much trouble. Whether it was answering our endless questions in the run up to the wedding, accommodating our requests, or welcoming us for multiple visits, they made us feel at home every step of the way.
Speaking of going above and beyond, Mandy is the definition of exceptional. One example of this was on the day of our wedding, she realised I didn’t have a sixpence for my shoe. Without hesitation, she went home to get hers – a small but incredibly meaningful gesture that shows how much the team truly cares in making your day go as smoothly as possible.
Jordan, another star at Trevenna, bent over backwards to help, ensuring not just me, but my entire family felt cared for. And we were lucky enough to have Mark make our cake – it was absolutely delicious!
Last but not least our heart full thanks to Daniel. They say planning a wedding is one of the most stressful things you can do. Well they clearly hadn’t had Daniel by their side, guiding them through the process, the big decisions, the small ones, the laughs, the honesty and the genuine interest he showed in making our wedding as magical as it was; he was a pleasure to work with.
We’re already planning to return to Trevenna for a Sunday roast and perhaps stay again for our anniversary. We cannot recommend this beautiful venue and its wonderful team enough – they made our wedding day and the days before and after, everything we dreamed of and more.

Trevenna was our dream wedding venue and we are so grateful to them making our wedding day so special. The team helped us every step along the way, the food exceeded our expectations which is something very important to us and we would highly recommend it as good value for money, they have thought about everything! It was a 3 day lock in for us to spend precious time with family and having them on site meant that we could make more memories together and build up to our wedding day in a very relaxed setting. -

…and a lot of it was due to all the work Johnathan, Vicky & the Trevenna team did before and during our Wedding! The whole team are so friendly, welcoming with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Vicky was our dedicated team organiser for our 3 day event. She and the team were brilliant at being there at the right time and right place, being there for us in the background, for which we were both very appreciative of. The Trevenna staff worked seamlessly and magically making everything go so smoothly; even with some guest changes which had a knock on effect with printing issues which was all calmly resolved and especially when it came to serving food and drinks, for which we had so many compliments from our guests, all beautifully done! Everyone said how delicious the food was too, like being at an upmarket gourmet restaurant.
Our guests were also wowed, like we were, and the beautiful grounds, views, event rooms and individual barns for guests to stayed in. These are beautifully decorated, have such comfy beds with luxurious bedding and had everything we needed and more!
The Team were also very good at handholding, as and when we wanted it, in the build to our wedding, helping us to be on schedule, ticking all the boxes.
We also loved the little things they did, offering us a choice of surprises to give our guests on arrival (cream teas in our cases) to popping umbrellas by each of the barn doors when a little drizzle happened in the morning.
We had the best day ever and our guests are still talking about it 6 weeks later!

A truly wonderful wedding
We had a lovely wedding at Trevenna. from the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff were perfect. there was nothing that couldn't be done for us. we felt cared for, respected, and listened to.
The venue itself was perfect. the barns were spotless, the food was gorgeous, and the surrounding gardens were so beautiful.
we had a dream of getting married outside, and Trevenna helped make that a reality. -

The team at Trevenna have been absolutely incredible throughout our planning experience. All of the staff have been so lovely and attentive, especially Vicky who was our host for the day!
The accommodation and the grounds are absolutely stunning, and the food was amazing! All of our guests absolutely raved about it. Overall a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Trevenna for anyone looking to tie the knot! -

Where do I even start!!!
Trevenna you made a little girls dream come true with the most PERFECT wedding.
My husband and I only viewed this venue as we just fell totally in love with it and of course immediately booked it that day for our September wedding.
The Team:
Jonathan, Daniel, Vicki, Jordan, Catherine and all others. You are phenomenal at what you do!! Having had 2 and half years to plan the wedding, your continued support throughout was nothing short of spectacular. Every request, query, concern and ask was met with a helpful, joyful and genuinely interested response, nothing was ever too much to ask or help. You made a very OCD Bride feel completely calm and that everything was in hand.
Vicki our wonderful wedding host for the weekend was remarkable, even at my "bridezilla" moments of pure panic! She got it done and calmed me down, Vicki you were fantastic. Thank you for making the day run to absolute perfection.
The Venue:
The photos speak for themselves, this venue is idyllic and I can assure you beautiful in the rain, snow, wind or sun. The amount of space you have is incredible and the detail that has gone into every room and corner is amazing. It really was like being in the French Riviera or Tuscany or just someone incredibly beautiful. I will absolutely be returning for many lunches and pray one of our friends now gets married here!
The food:
Wedding food is never normally something people look forward to however OMG the food here is outstanding and seriously guest will not stop talking about how incredible the food was AND how much!!!! Everything was delicious, well presented and in enormous quantities.
Overall
I feel emotional writing this knowing that our day is over and the whole experience is completed. Trevenna you honestly made my vision come to life but 10x better, your team, your venue, your food, your hospitality just everything is outstanding and you gave us the most unreal wedding that I can assure you will be spoken amongst our guests for a looong time.
You are truly something special and I can't wait to come for more roast s and weekend events. Trust me you can't get rid of me now!

Trevenna
Wow! What a Wedding!
The Trevenna Team were absolutely incredible and ensured everything ran like clockwork.
Throughout our stay, we felt chilled and relaxed and didn’t have to worry about a thing…you had absolutely everything covered!
Nothing was too much trouble and our guests were blown away.
The venue is breathtaking, the food was stunning, the staff are incredible…it is beyond five star!
We can’t thank you enough for the part you played in making our Wedding Day the most perfect day of our lives.
