From the first viewing, we fell in love with The Stanwick Hotel. Not only is the location beautiful, but the staff are incredible. Lottie showed us round to start with and told us everything we needed to know and we booked on the spot! From that point on, Marie, Lottie and the team made everything so easy!! The whole day ran so smoothly and that was all down to Marie! She was like a wedding ninja! Made sure everything was perfect! The food was... SPECTACULAR. There is no other way to describe it! The chef deserves a chefs kiss!! If every wedding is made to feel as special as we were made to feel, then the world will be a better place! -

The Stanwick Hotel made sure our wedding day was perfect from start until finish. They were recommended to us via our photographer after our initial venue went under and we are so grateful they had our date open. They were so understanding of our situation and were so accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Marie and the team there were so helpful. The day itself was perfect. Everything ran smoothly and all the guests commented on how lovely the hotel was. The food was delicious all day, and service was excellent. -

From the moment we pulled into the car park we were pretty sure we had found the venue for us the grounds are beautiful and so well kept its private and not too big but plenty big enough for what we wanted. We met Lottie first who was wonderful so friendly but not over baring or pushy like we had experienced. We told her what we waned and she talked us through how that would work and gave me more options I hadn't thought of which was amazing! Both Marie and Lotties experience in the industry was invaluable to us helping us when we got stuck or overwhelmed. They could not do enough for you and when they say we will take care of it they genuinely mean it. I told them our budget and they made that work without compromising my vision, the food was fantastic and it was also the best pimms ive ever had, the night porters are their unsung heros moving in the shadows making a huge difference, the staff are all so kind and helpful as are the owners. Marie you were my fairy god mother from saying yes to everything we hoped for to running around making everything perfect when the weather kept us on our toes and keeping any dramas or decisions away from me we cant thank you enough you are amazing! (and all with a smile on your face ill add, you are a machine!) Marie listened to what we wanted and the feel we hoped for and if you trust her she will not disappoint thats how she was able to get everything so right! The venue really is stunning, so peaceful and open everywhere you look its just so pretty. -

Choosing your wedding venue is one of the biggest decisions you'll make and The Stanwick Hotel got absolutely everything right.
From the very beginning, the team were outstanding. My husband is wonderfully detail-oriented (read: many, many emails!) and not once did they make us feel like anything was too much. Every query was handled with patience, warmth, and complete professionalism. That kind of service gives you real confidence going into your big day.
Marie and the team on the day itself were simply exceptional. They ran everything so smoothly and seamlessly that I didn't have to worry about a single thing - and as a bride, that is priceless. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing and cared deeply about making our day feel special. It showed in every detail.
The food was incredible, the location is gorgeous, and - on what happened to be the hottest day of the year - the climate-controlled reception room was genuinely a gift we didn't know we needed! Our guests were comfortable, happy, and able to fully enjoy every moment.
We were looked after so well from start to finish. If you're looking for a wedding venue where the beauty of the space is matched only by the quality of the people running it, look no further than The Stanwick Hotel. Absolutely faultless. 🤍 -

Wow!! A fantastic venue, the wedding planners and all the staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble, looked after us perfectly on the day, we had the most special day, I would highly recommend this venue if you a perfect day -

I cannot thank Marie and Lottie enough for the attention to detail and overall professionalism from both of them. Our day was amazing, better than we could’ve expected and that was all down to them two fantastic ladies! Stanwick has everything to offer, a beautiful venue, and people are still talking about how good the food was now! Marie was accommodating to every request we made, and nothing was too much hassle for the team. We had a magical day, and we can’t thank you all enough♥️ -

Disney Christmas wedding
We had the most perfect day from start to finish I can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond from advice on chair sashes to decorating the room to perfection and even helping out one of our guests with a muddy dress. The food was outstanding and the guests loved the hotel rooms thank you so much for everything Marie and Lottie you were both amazing -

A huge thank you to Marie, Lottie, Emily, and everyone else’s names I can’t remember (sorry!)
We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed the night before, and we were able to store everything - in fridges, in cellars, in the hall. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, as is the location - highly recommend November there due to the trees and scenery. The food was absolutely beautiful, best sausages I have ever eaten!!! The staff were so helpful, quick, attentive, friendly, and they were always around to help - could not thank them enough. I couldn’t have had my wedding without them. They decorated, sorted food, I felt like a guest not a host. My partner is a fussy eater, and he loved the food. The kids and family all enjoyed the wedding so much. They really make it personal, and so reasonably priced I can hardly believe it. The bridal suite - just wow! You have to experience it for yourself! We will be coming back for our 1 year anniversary! Breakfast was just wow! I can’t thank everyone enough
