Perfect venue

Perfect venue with stunning views and photo opportunities , amazing team friendly and eager to please all the guests. The team worked really hard at getting everything the way I wanted it even though Chris bless him has got an injured leg he still stepped up 😉

Cannot recommend the punch bowl enough !!
Food was delicious and all very reasonably priced.

Thank you soo much for helping to create the perfect day .

A wedding fit for middle earth!

Our day was truly amazing. From the beginning of the planning right to the special day. We had the most amazing support ❤️. I cannot thank you all enough for giving us the most amazing memories to hold forever. The venue is stunning and fit perfectly with our lord of the rings themed wedding

What a beautiful venue

Chris and his team helped us have such a lovely day. Chris made the wedding planning process super smooth and nothing was a bother. The rooms we stayed in were lovely. The venue beautiful and the carvery was delicious. Thank you Chris and Team!

Our amazing wedding day

Well what can I say about our amazing wedding day from booking too our wedding day was amazing .. both Chris and Aaron couldn’t do enough for us at the punch bowl .. would completely recommend the punch bowl to everyone for great value for money, care, compassion and utmost respect and love from the two boys .. made our day so special we will never forget thank you 🙏

Amazing venue

Where to start.. first of off if you haven’t been here for a carvery then it’s a must!

Secondly if your considering your wedding here then I couldn’t recommend enough

Everything from the booking, planning, to the day itself was so easy and relaxed.

No stress whatsoever and the team are amazing, I dealt with Chris and Adam while planning & then Ange in the few days prior to the wedding and on the actual day. She’s a star and everything went like clockwork, the venue itself is beautiful we got married on the grounds with Shropshire registrars, had the 3 course breakfast then hog roast for the evening.
Food quality is fantastic and the portions are huge, none of guests left hungry!
We stayed over too and the breakfast the next day was great.. again so filling and great quality.

All of our guests commented on the venue being amazing and that they had such a great day / enjoyed the food.

Wish we could do it all again, thank you to the team for making our day perfect 🤍

Our wedding at Ye Olde Punchbowl Country Inn

Thank you to all the staff at the Punchbowl for making our wedding day so special.

The food was amazing and very tasty with plenty to go around.

The grounds were perfect for a lovely wedding setting with great views.

The rooms made us feel really comfortable and very pampered with an amazing bath in the bridal suite.

We would highly recommend having your wedding here. 5??????????

Wedding ceremony and reception

We had our wedding ceremony and reception held here on the August bank holiday. We could not fault the amazing team at the punchbowl one bit. From the restaurant staff, to the events team, to the chefs - the day was perfect and we can not thank you all enough. We stayed in the rooms the night before and the night after, they were impeccable. The food has been complimented by every guest and was absolutely amazing. The gardens, the outdoor bar, the gazebo... Everything was perfect and the team that helped on the day made everything so easy for us.

Thank you so much for our beautiful day. No doubt you'll see us and most of our guests again for food!
