We recently held our wedding reception at the Norfolk Mead Hotel, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Frankie and the team were fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning process. Communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring, and Frankie made sure every detail—from food and décor to music and supplier coordination—was fully aligned and taken care of.
We wanted a customised menu that combined Indian and continental dishes, and the hotel’s catering team went above and beyond to make this possible. After our first tasting, we requested a few changes, and Frankie handled everything with kindness and efficiency, liaising with the chefs to ensure our preferences were met. The food on the day was outstanding, and we received so many compliments from our guests.
In terms of organisation, Frankie paid close attention to every detail and ensured the whole team understood the plan for the day. Everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy each moment.
We look back on our wedding day with such fond memories and are incredibly grateful to the staff at the Norfolk Mead Hotel for helping make it so special. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service. -

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than The Norfolk Mead. Not only is the setting absolutely beautiful, but the staff were truly incredible. They were so organised and handled everything behind the scenes perfectly, which meant we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. From start to finish, the whole day ran seamlessly thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. The food was incredible.
The staff in the spa also managed to squeeze us in for the morning after our wedding at very short notice. The spa is absolutely stunning and the experience really topped off our whole weekend so perfectly.
We’re so grateful to the whole team at The Norfolk Mead, especially Frankie and Danni for making our day so special! 💗 -

Frankie & Dannii at Norfolk Mead made our wedding day magical, their professionalism and kindness from booking the wedding was perfect. They are always available and easy to approach when I had a question and met this question with honesty, friendliness and always did their best to help.
Norfolk Mead was amazing value for money, the venue is gorgeous with so many hidden gems. The hotel is beautiful and all of the food was so delicious, people are still talking about it now!
The wedding day was perfect, it went so smoothly thanks to Frankie & Dannii.
