From beggining to end the whole team were absolutely phenomenal! Nothing was too much effort and everything planned (including things we hadn't even considered!) to the smallest of detail. The ceremony room was set up with ease of access for less mobile guests and the compass room looked absolutely spectacular. We had so many comments on the wedding breakfast room. The menu options were delicious and they also catered for those fussy eaters (including one of the grooms) amongst our wedding party. The coordination of other suppliers also meant we did not need to work out the logistics of deliveries or set up. For two grooms to be treated with such respect and consideration, really meant a lot to us. Would highly recommend. -

We had our wedding in the Lowry last year and it was amazing. The team were so helpful and were really passionate about ensuring we had the perfect day. Tasha worked closely with us in the run up making sure all the small details were attended up and on the day George made sure everything ran smoothing and had what we needed. The room was beautiful and spoke for itself. It was the perfect urban quirky venue that we hoped for. -

A wonderful September wedding
We had the most fantastic wedding at The Lowry this month. The setting is just perfect - the ceremony room had a fabulous view, the Hexagon Room was perfect and the Compass has the most amazing views. The food was great and the staff on the day made all the difference in making the day perfect. On the day, Alex, Kristy and George went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and keep everything running on time. All our guests loved the day. I want to do it all again! -

Me and my partner got married in the Lowry Compass Room in May 2025 and we would 100% recommend it as a venue. The package was very reasonably priced - with no random hidden extra fees. Tasha and the events team were beyond helpful and made the whole day run smoothly. The setting was beautiful, we were lucky enough to have great weather, but even if you didn't the views from the Compass room are fab and make it such a unique setting to get married. We also loved that everything is all in one place for the evening celebrations, the bar is in the same room so people hardly needed to leave the dance floor to get a drink! The venue as a whole was easily accessible for our relatives with extra mobility needs, and also great for kids too. -

We would 100% recommend the Lowry as a wedding venue. From the moment we viewed it, until after the day itself, the staff were incredible. Tasha, George, Alex and Frankie were just amazing and we can’t thank them enough for helping to make our wedding the best day of our lives. Communication prior and during the event was spot on, they helped everything run so smoothly and helped with the small, special touches. Our friends and family all loved it, in their words ‘it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to’. The food was incredible, we were so impressed. We want to do it all over again. Incredible from start to finish!
We had the most amazing day at the Lowry - from initial enquiry right up until the end of the night the staff were incredible.
We liaised with Ellen throughout the build up, she was professional, meticulous and reassuring and helped us ensure every detail was perfectly taken care of.
Ellie and Alex ran the day and couldn’t have been more organised, accommodating and helpful. All the staff were excellent and guests also commented on the service and quality of the food and the stunning venue.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone!! -

I couldn’t have asked for any more from everyone involved from our first contact with the venue to everyone who was working on the day including the bar staff and the organisers on the day. Everything went so smoothly and we had absolutely no problems and in the run up they made sure that every tiny detail of the day was covered so that there was next to no chance anything could go wrong. I’ve had guests who had sure a good time that they’re now looking at booking their own weddings here. You could tell the staff were having a great time too and even got involved with the dancing. We had a fantastic time. -

My husband and I had the best day ever and everything went just the way we wanted it. The rooms were stunning and the food was amazing. All the guests commented on the quality of food as sometimes wedding food can be hit and miss, but this was absolutely a hit. Everyone loved the venue and commented how different it was to anywhere else where they have been before - amazed that a city could provide such a beautiful venue and view.
The day couldn't have gone the way it did without Olivia and Bobby. From the day before, to the setting up on the Friday, right up till kick out time they went above and beyond to make sure everything happened exactly how it should do. They both made any potential stressful things be all fine and were there whenever we needed anything.
Thank you so much for providing such a brilliant place for us to have a brilliant day/night. It really made the day that extra bit special so thank you once again. -
