  Amazing and caring team with a beautiful venue

  The team at The Lawn helped us to host the perfect wedding. The amount of effort, thought and care that went into supporting us and everything we needed to make the day a success is amazing, this is possibly the first family event we’ve hosted where we have not felt the need to stress over a severe anaphylactic reaction.
  
  From the minute we met we both felt at ease and confident our day would run smoothly, no question or request was too large.
  They went above and beyond for us and it was truly appreciated, everyone has commented on the beauty of the venue as well as how smoothly and effortless the day ran.
  
  We would honestly recommend the lawn for anyone looking for a venue to host a celebration - the venue is beautiful and the staff are absolutely amazing.
  

  The team at The Lawn helped us to host the perfect wedding.   Truly fantastic

  The best day ever!!! Couldn’t of been any better thank you so much!! All the staff were fab and so so helpful nothing was ever to much hassle. Felt like one big family will be forever grateful!! Love chelsea and sam xx

  September 2023 Wedding

  We were married in September 2023 and had our reception at the lawn. As it was an African-British wedding, we had many requests which the team at the Lawn really helped with. As we had exclusive use, the bridal party could get dressed at the Lawn before heading to Church and the parking was great for our guests travelling from long distances. Guests loved the horses and grounds. They particularly commented on being well catered for. It was a perfect day!

  Best Day Ever

  Where do I start, we cannot thank you enough for hosting our wedding on Saturday. Your staff were fantastic and the whole day could not have gone any better.
  I always knew I wanted to get married at the lawn as my own parents married here 24 years ago, I was 12 years old. 4 years later Matt and I got together and finally after 20 years we had our own special day at the lawn.
  
  Everything from the planning beforehand, adapting the menus so everyone could eat the same including anyone with dietary requirements to how everything kept to schedule.
  I was an emotional wreck most of the morning getting ready but you made sure I did not have to worry about anything downstairs and when I finally got to see everything I was blown away.
  
  A special thank you to David, Michael and Lizzie. You are brilliant at what you do.
  
  The caterers and waiting staff were amazing. The food came out all at the same time, was hot and extremely tasty. The staff serving were so kind and accommodating.
  
  This day was long overdue but we were lucky our children got to share it with us like I got to with my parents and you all made it the best day which we will never ever forget. My parents said the high standards you set on Saturday was exactly the same when they got married and it really is the best place to get married so anyone looking for a place to have their wedding and reception book in quick you will not be disappointed.

  Beautiful Twilight

  We would just like to say a massive thank you for making our twilight
  wedding such a magical experience for both of us.
  
  From your patience in answering all our questions leading up to the day to
  your almost fanatical weather watching all afternoon (who knew there were so
  many apps?! ) and then your ability to switch everything to outside at the
  eleventh hour to ensure we could have the service in your beautiful gazebo
  just made the perfect start to an amazing evening and the start of our
  married life.
  
  Thank you again so much and we send our warmest wishes to you all

  Perfect Day

  The whole team did everything to make our day so special. Unfortunately the English weather didn't play ball with us, but it didn't affect the day at all. Everyone was so helpful and the day ran so smoothly. We just wish we could do it all again! Would recommend as a wedding venue!

  A special place to make memories at The Lawn!

  We're thankful to David, Mandy, Michael, Katrina, Debbie and all the staff at The Lawn for all their hard work, patience and understanding in accommodating us for our special day.
  We are thrilled with how everything went and so are especially pleased for having chosen The Lawn.
  The entrance is a delight with ducklings and horses as you enter the grounds which were beautifully kept; the cuisine was delicious and fantastically presented; Michael was excellent in his communication to keeping timings going along; Mandy was extremely helpful at key times; David was reassuring with the music and their waiting and bar staff were wonderful too.
  Not only on the day, but the preparations from the very first visit and the number of adjustments with Mandy, our special requests with Michael and all the invoicing and calls with Katrina and David too, we never felt that anything was too much trouble. This along with everything else means that The Lawn is a special place and always will be for us as well as many others - arrange a visit and you will see!

  Incredible day

  The whole team at The Lawn were incredible while we were planning our wedding and on the day itself. Everything went to smoothly - they were seamless. Everything happened exactly as we’d planned and everyone was friendly and welcoming the entire day. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
