We had the most amazing wedding day at The Elvetham on the 30/05/2025.
We booked with the Elvetham back in 2023 and we fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it, the grounds and building are absolutely stunning! We did book i feel at an awkward time with some changes in staff happening during our time.
However I have to say once Joanne took charge of wedding she was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, all of our ideas came to life and the venue was very flexible in the ways we wanted to do things as we didn’t use the traditional rooms! ( such as ceramony outside and reception in the conservatory)
The day itself couldn’t have gone more perfect and I can honestly say there was nothing that could have gone better on the day!
Jenny in the banquet team was also fantastic making sure we got our canapés as the bride and groom and making sure our wedding breakfast ran smoothly! We’ve had so many compliments from our guest regarding the food and how lovely it was!
Highly highly recommend The Elvetham for a wedding!

Beautiful Venue
The hotel is gorgeous and the grounds are maintained beautifully. The staff on the day were amazing and our guests had such a lovely time. We had many compliments over the food, with one guest saying it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. We had a lovely stay in the Bridal Suite. -

Such a unique place, perfect wedding venue!
The elvetham is such a beautiful place really well looked after and the grounds are amazing. Joanne looked after us from start to finish and she was amazing !! Everyone was the whole staff are just brilliant. Having the church on site was a really unique place to have the ceremony, it’s so great having everything at one place. The day was seamless and no stress. Thanks again. -

We are an older couple and were looking for somewhere beautiful for a civil ceremony and lunch for 40 people. Elvetham was absolutely perfect! The hotel and grounds are beyond fabulous and the wedding team were professional and attentive. We had specific requirements and things we absolutely didn’t want and they listened and carried out everything we asked for. On the day we were made to feel extremely special and it was so calm that we were able to really enjoy our special day. They have a wonderful head chef who came and discussed our needs when we went for a tasting; the food on the day was wonderful. We absolutely recommend Elvetham for a perfect wedding!! -

The perfect wedding!!!
We cannot fault The Elvetham in any way! Our day was absolutely fantastic! The perfect wedding thanks to the professionalism and organisation of all the staff! Evie our personal organiser and David our toastmaster were both incredible!!
The beautifully maintained gardens and historic hotel were the perfect combination for the fairytale wedding! Thank you!! -

My bridesmaids and I used the Elvetham to get ready for the wedding, there was a small mix up which was handled with kindness and grace and much generosity. I also stayed here with my husband the night of the wedding and it was so beautiful! -

Our wedding was spectacular! All our guests were mesmerised by The Elvetham and it's true beauty. We chose The Elvetham because it tells a story, has character and we felt like royalty since we set foot in it for the very first time. The service was amazing, as was the food, the grounds are immaculate and there are plenty of photo opportunities. Not to mention the bridal (Seymour) suite...just stunning! We had the best day ever! Thank you 😊 -

Our wedding was at the Elvetham Hotel on the 28th March, and I can say we had the best day of our lives there!
The wedding team, both Amelia and Joanne were both fantastic who ensured everything ran so smoothly! Jenny in the banquet team was also incredible, and all the staff were just fantastic. The day went off completely smoothly and we felt like it was the most special day! The toastmaster, David, was great and added a lot of fun to the day, his special toast was particularly memorable! -
