  Wedding 24/11/23

  We had our wedding at the crown hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. It was the little touches that counted, they made us feel special and took away every stress that normally comes with a wedding. It was a spectacular day!!

  Mr & Mrs Batchelor

  The Crown Hotel isn’t just a wedding venue, staff there feel like family whom are passionate about their work, which shows! Genuinely warm kind hearted people doing a job they love. From start to finish my Wedding exceeded my expectations, and then some! The Venue was stunning & the food was mouth watering!!
  I was treated like an absolute Queen, nothing was too much trouble, if you are thinking about booking a wedding here, you will not be disappointed!
  I would just like to thank all the staff at the venue, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my Wedding such a magical day x

  E&L elopement party

  Thank you to all the team at the Crown involved in helping us have the best night last night, very smooth process from booking to on the day. Tony was great also we were very nervous about doing a cake cutting and first dance. Tony came back over to see us once he had seen we were more relaxed and arranged it all for us.

  Perfect day from start to finish

  We had our wedding at The Crown Hotel in November after we had to change venues and I’m glad we chose The Crown, the venue is absolutely stunning; the food was incredible and the staff were amazing. They accommodated all of the outside vendors we’d hired and nothing was too much trouble for them. Toni was fantastic as Master of Ceremonies and if anything went wrong on the day we had no idea. Thanks to everyone who helped make our day perfect ❤️

  We had the best day!!!!

  We had a wonderful day. I could nitpick a few little things that weren't quite right or weren't to plan at the time but honestly at this point I wouldn't be able to tell you what those things were they were so insignificant. The venue could probably criticise us for all our last minute changes which they happily accommodated and dealt with without question and all we can remember is how perfect the day was. We did the wedding on a budget but you wouldn't be able to tell because what you get for your money included in the crown package is so much, especially for such a beautiful venue. I have had several of our guests tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. A large part of that is down to the Crown.

  Autumn wedding

  We celebrated our special day at the Crown and it was absolutely amazing ! The venue is just stunning the food was exceptional and the entire events team went above and beyond.

  Wedding at the Crown

  From the start the journey in planning the wedding, both Tori and Lindsey were excellent. Listened to our ideas and what we wanted from the big day. Went through everything and no question was irrelevant. On the big day itself the MC Tony went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. All the staff was excellent and could not do enough for us and our guests. They made the day a very memorable one and one that will last for ever. Thank you so much from us both. MR & Mrs Hill

  Just the best day ever!

  It genuinely was one of the best days of our lives and a lot of that was down to The Crown hotel and they’re INCREDIBLE staff!
  
  Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, and not just towards my husband and myself but other guests mentioned how they often checked in with guests to make sure all was ok. They are an absolute credit to the hotel and make the whole experience even more amazing! I just wish I could remember names to point them out but even if I did, I’d have to name about 25 people!
  
  The food - just wow. Every single person raved about the food, it was amazing. Beautiful quality, plenty of it and presented lovely.
  One guest ordered the beef wellington and when cutting into it noticed it must have been an end piece of meat due to it being overdone, the waiter who was the other side of the table heard him mention this and offered to replace it. Within about 3 minutes he had a replacement which was perfect - fantastic customer service.
  
  There is not one thing I would do differently if we had our day again. All in all we stayed at The Crown for 3 nights, the rooms are clean, comfy and spacious.
  
  The food in the restaurant was again wonderful, plenty of it and reasonably priced. Our guests and us were also extremely pleased with the breakfast choices and quality.
  
  Thank you so much for making our day fantastic, it will never be forgotten and we can’t wait to come and stay with you again!

  First class service from start to finish

  The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was ever too much to ask. Food was amazing and all our guests said how amazing the day was and how they were impressed with the venue.

  The best day of our lives

  We had our wedding at the Crown Hotel Bawtry on the 24th of August and it was the most incredible day. From the minute we booked the staff were amazing. I had so many questions which they were all more than happy to answer. Our guests were blown away by the service they received and how smooth the day was. I cannot fault a single part of our day. They really know what they are doing and genuinely love their jobs which is fantastic to see. The food was also 10/10, if you are thinking about booking here for your wedding, absolutely do it, you will not regret it. We will be back to see you again soon guys!
