Best day ever!
Where do I begin!! What a GEM! We honestly can’t imagine a more perfect wedding venue than Soughton Hall! Every corner of the estate is stunning from the breathtaking grounds to the gorgeous interiors, everything is just magical!
A massive thank you to Erin, our incredible wedding coordinator who made us feel completely at ease every step of the way. From planning before the day to keeping everything running perfectly on the big day, she went above and beyond to make sure it was seamless and stress-free - Thank you so much!!!
The whole team at Soughton Hall are amazing and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Truly, the best venue ever and would recommend in a heartbeat!! -

We had our wedding at The Coach House at Soughton Hall in early September and wow what a venue! We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our day, from minute one the staff were amazing, through all the planning stages to keeping things running smoothly through the day. The food was incredible, absolutely no-one came away hungry and the quality was amazing. The venue itself is stunning, such a gorgeous backdrop and such a nice quiet location. Our guests made several comments on how helpful the staff were and how nothing was too much trouble, which we certainly felt ourselves. Couldn't recommend enough! -

If you’re looking for your wedding venue and are considering Soughton Hall, look no further because this is THE venue! We had such a magical wedding day not only because of the beautiful setting, but also because of the amazing staff. Our superstar coordinator Chloe made sure we had everything we needed and kept things running smoothly on the day. As we had to plan the wedding from overseas, it was such a relief knowing that we were in safe hands, and that Soughton Hall offered so much with our package - drinks, food, DJ, you name it! From morning bridal prep to the last dance of the night, everything was picture perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and said it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. And in fact some went so far as to say they fear they’ll never go to a wedding that great ever again! We’ll always remember Soughton Hall not just for how stunning it is, but for how cared for we felt. It was the best decision we made for our wedding. -

We just got married at Soughton Hall just over a week ago and the whole experience is the best thing that has ever happened to my husband and I . Communication prior to the day was fantastic and prompt (thank you Erin). The venue itself was incredible. From the dramatic driveway entrance, to the stunning architecture and history to the perfectly manicured garden. It was a thing of true beauty.
When the day arrived, everything went smoothly with no hiccups. Erin and her team ensured everything went as plannned. Our guests felt the same way and they had an amazing time. Food was incredible and our furbaby got to even stay and join us for the whole thing.
If i could ever relive this experience, i would do it in a heartbeat. Thank you Soughton for the most incredible time

We got married at Soughton Hall on the 19th of December 2024 and it was the best day we could have hoped for.
The venue itself is beautiful. It's also really well kept and looked after and feels really inviting. This felt extra magical for us at Christmas with the garland lining the staircases, massive Christmas trees, and open fires. The bedrooms are also so beautifully done, our bridal party had trouble picking their favourite to stay in when they came to the open day.
The staff are also so friendly and warm, from housekeeping and bar staff to the coordinators, there wasn't anyone that wasn't willing to help with any of our requests and nobody was too busy to stop and chat with us to welcome us to the venue.
The food here is also amazing! so many of our guests have commented on how tasty everything was and how generous the portions were.
A special thanks to the team that got us over the line! Erin, Chloe, and Cheryl have had to deal with many unusual requests but were so accommodating and ensured our day went as smoothly as possible in both the run up and on the day itself. They've been so friendly, and have even allowed us the opportunity to go through our wedding album at the venue once we'd got all of our photos back which was really special. We couldn’t recommend Soughton enough.
Honestly wish we could do it all again! Thank you all so much! -

Perfect in every way
We would wanted to start by saying thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for everything you have done for us.
When we first sat down with Erin, everything was out of this world, the way you understood exactly what we wanted and made sure it happened, it is something we are so grateful for. There isn't enough words to express how amazing you have been.
Chloe you have been amazing through out, your communication skills are second to none, which has reassured us all the way. The way you handled everything we asked with such grace & care really helped us feel at ease throughout everything. You really are a credit to Soughton Hall.
Cheryl... where to start! words can not describe how amazing you are! The way you looked after Jake (especially his bacon butty on leaving when he couldn't stomach breakfast) and I on the day was so perfect. When we say we cant thank you enough we cant you were incredible. Everything from the start to the very end when we were leaving the venue. Just incredible Thank You.
To all the staff behind the scenes, your manners, attention to details and friendly faces made the day perfect. Jake has asked the guy looking after the wines, gets a very special mention as his manners and his service were always brought with a smile.
And to the chefs, WOW! the food was insane.
It is a day we will cherish forever, and it would not have been this way without each and everyone of you and how hard you all worked. -
