We had our wedding at Q Vardis on 7th October 2023 and the Nick and his team were fantastic! We booked Q Vardis for our wedding 14 months prior to our wedding date, Nick will discuss your requirements and budget and will build a package to suit your requirements. Nick is clearly well experienced and an expert in this field and has the contacts in the industry to ensure your day is excellent, runs smoothly and all the finer details are taken care of. The venue is divided into 3 parts, the mallard suite, the restaurant and then the bar/dance and lounge area, we really liked this as guests were not waiting around for set up and room changes and could simply move to the next part of the venue when it was time. There is also a large garden area with Fray's River and this area makes a beautiful backdrop for photos. We opted for a 3 course knife and fork buffet for our wedding breakfast, the food was absolutely delicious! Many of our guests commented on how good the food was. The waiting staff were extremely efficient, topping up guests glasses and clearing plates. We also had our wedding cake made in house which was absolutely beautiful and an finger buffet for the evening, which again was delicious. All flowers, table arrangements were taken care of, table linen and bow sashes were provided and we had use of a PA system for all the usual wedding speeches. In the evening a DJ, door staff, bar staff were all provided aswell as an LED dance floor and all the bar tables were decked out in table cloths and bow sashes! The hilight of the evening was the a green screen photo booth with props! This was a huge hit with our guests, especially the kids - they loved it! If you want value for money, look no further than Q Vardis! You won't regret it. -

Choosing Q Vardis and working with Nick and his team for our wedding was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we met Nick, his warmth and dedication shone through, making every step of the planning process a joy. Even when unexpected guests arrived, Nick and his team handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring everyone felt welcome and cared for. The food was an absolute highlight, with every dish impeccably prepared and bursting with flavor - our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious curry! Kelly's cake was not only a stunning centerpiece but also exactly what we envisioned. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our day truly magical, and we are forever grateful. Nick's attention to detail and calming presence turned me, an overwhelmed bride-to-be, into a relaxed and joyful one. Thank you, Nick, for making our wedding an unforgettable experience! -

Everything and more!
Nick and he’s team at qvarids made our wedding so perfect. It was better than we could of imagined. The whole day ran smoothly which made our wedding day so much more relaxed and enjoyable. The food and staff was amazing! Beautiful ceremony area and a brilliant sized dance floor. The package we got was so good and took all the stresses of wedding planning away. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again to the Qvardis team! X -

Absolutely perfect day,Nick took care of everything and made everything flow easily,there was no hitches ,it all went smoothly ,all the staff were very friendly and made it such a great atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble, such a beautiful venue with everything there that is needed for a great day . -

Great experience
Nick and the team at q Vardis did an amazing job at our wedding. The venue looked beautiful, the food was great, the service was very effecient and the day ran smoothly. And think we had all of this at such a great price compared to most other venues is amazing! -

From start Nick was absolutely amazing. Accommodated every request and our wedding cake was beautifully done by Kelley.
On the day, our guests were amazed with the quality of the food and service.
For us both, having the peace of mind in knowing that all our requests were fulfilled enabled us both to have the most beautiful day, stress free.
From staff, to food, decor, service and DJ… everything was extremely amazing.
We will for sure return and have future parties at Q Vardis.
I cannot recommend this venue enough for your special day xx -

From meeting nick and his team we decided to go with him he takes care of everything absolutely everything from cake,food was exceptional ,dressing Hall Dj security the day flowed so smooth I can't understand why everyone does not do this his team was exceptional polite helpful and always willing to help it is a bit strange leaving everything to nick but he delivered with ease my wedding day on 26th Aug 2023Q Vardis's reply:
