My wife and I had the most amazing wedding day at Newton Hall, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to bring our vision to life.
We chose to have a small, intimate wedding with fewer than 15 of our closest family and friends, and the staff at Newton Hall created a beautiful setting with incredible attention to detail. Every aspect of the day felt thoughtfully planned and executed, exceeding all of our expectations.
The Ultimate Feast was absolutely delicious, with fantastic options that catered to all dietary requirements. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food, and it was one of the many highlights of the day.
A special thank you must go to Hannah Coxford from The Apartment Group, who supported us throughout the entire planning process. She made everything feel stress-free, kept us on track, and ensured we were always informed. Organising such a fantastic wedding in just six months is no small task, but Hannah made it seem effortless, and we couldn't fault her support.
We also found the Apartment Group open days incredibly valuable. They gave us the opportunity to meet suppliers such as our celebrant, photographer, and makeup artist in person before the wedding. Building those relationships beforehand made us both feel so comfortable and confident on the day itself.
We would also like to say a huge thank you to Nicola, our Master of Ceremonies, who ensured the day ran seamlessly while bringing so much positive energy and warmth throughout. Equally, thank you to Becca, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything looked exactly as intended and regularly checked in with us to ensure we were happy and enjoying every moment.
From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The day exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We are so grateful to everyone at Newton Hall for helping create memories that we will cherish forever. -

We chose Newton Hall for our wedding this July and it was everything I wanted in a venue. Emma was helpful, accommodating, ran through all the details at least twice. I wanted a hassle free wedding and that’s what I got. All the staff was lovely, they knew what they were doing and needed little to no intervention from us.

Incredible wedding weekend
We organised a three day event at Newton Hall for our wedding as we had people travelling from the US and Nigeria as well as from all over the UK. The venue is beautiful and the staff are second to none. From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Beth was incredible. She responded to emails quickly, always had or found answers to our questions and was really receptive and creative when we were discussing how to incorporate traditions from both sides of the family. Planning the wedding was genuinely stress free thanks to her. The staff working our weekend could not have been more kind, helpful and professional. The big details (drinks, food, accommodation) and the little details you might not think about (our favorite drinks served to us when we returned from the church, slices of cake in the room for after the party) were organised to perfection. I cannot recommend Newton Hall highly enough.

Amazing wedding venue
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Newton Hall. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was somewhere special, and it exceeded all of our expectations on the day itself. The venue is absolutely stunning, with so much character and beautiful surroundings, but what really made our day unforgettable was the incredible team.
Every member of staff was so friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing the venue, food, and atmosphere were. We truly had the best day of our lives and are so grateful to everyone at Newton Hall for making it so magical. We would recommend Newton Hall to any couple looking for a unique and unforgettable wedding venue. Thank you for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever! ❤️ -

The most amazing day!!!!
We’ve just had our magical day at Newton Hall and could not thank everyone enough for helping to make all our dreams come true.
Our wedding coordinator Lauren was so approachable, friendly and helpful. She made months of planning seem effortless. She was always on stand by to answer questions.
On the day, we were looked after by manager Lucy and MOC Nicola. They were amazing!!! Our day ran to schedule exactly. They knew exactly what we asked for, planned for and wanted out of our day. They were so friendly, calm, organised and supportive. The day was everything we ever wished it would be and more.
I would highly recommend Newton Hall as a wedding venue!!!

We had our beautiful wedding day at Newton Hall on 24 February 2026 and wow what a day it was. It went above and beyond everything we ever hoped for. The venue itself is absolutely stunning but seeing our little details that have just been thoughts in our minds for months come to life just added a special personal touch. The food was perfect, the drinks were flowing, but the best part about this venue is their staff. Every single member is friendly, approachable, helpful, and eager to help you have your dream day.
Firstly thank you to Hannah our wedding coordinator who looked after us from booking right up until the day of, accommodating everything we desired for our big day and being a pleasure to work with. Andrew our Master of Ceremonies was amazing and made us at ease and feel confident on what was happening at every stage of the day. The staff on the front desk are so friendly and have a warm presence And finally Lucy, who looked after us both the night before and on our wedding day. She was absolutely incredible, she made sure we had everything we needed, that the rooms were all perfect and the way we wished for them to be, kept checking I was alright throughout the day but especially in the morning as I was so nervous. Honestly I don’t know how we would have coped without her at all!!
I wish we could get married every day just to be able to experience it all with you guys again, mark the date in your diaries we will most certainly be up every anniversary for a nights stay! -

Newton Hall was the only wedding venue we visited and at no point have we regretted this
It was the 20th of February and we ended up having sunny skies and mild weather. Every single aspect went perfect and that is all down to the staff.
From our first visit we could tell just what an amazing group of individuals they were. We truly have not met a more accommodating group who make your stay feel so personalised and cared for. They absolutely deserve an award for everything they do.
I truly felt like a princess on the day. The food was amazing, the drinks were flowing and the dance floor was full all night.
It is a day we will never forget and we cannot wait to visit again and reminisce on the day -

What can we say...
Newton Hall were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We don't live in Northumberland, we actually live 4 hours away in the Midlands, despite this, the team at Newton Hall managed to perfect our wedding day.
Nothing was too much for them and they were so helpful ensuring everything ran seamlessly on the day. The staff were fantastic, particularly our Master of Ceremonies, Ian and our Wedding Manager Lucy. Their knowledge, confidence and reassurance meant we felt absolutely at ease throughout the day, we didn't have to worry or fuss about anything. I must also mention the amazing Mariana who was the mostly friendly and warming lady, she went out of her way at both our pre-wedding visit and on our big day to add a personal touch to our wedding day and she made us feel so special.
From last minute table changes to cake in our bedroom, Newton Hall accommodated every request without question and we would absolutely recommend the beautiful venue to any bride and groom looking for a stunning, quirky venue who offer tailored and bespoke services. The venue itself is amazing, every photograph has an incredible backdrop, it is truly unique. The food was fantastic and fresh and all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it.
Despite only having 30 guests, the venue never felt empty, with a fantastic choice of rooms and a clever set up our small wedding felt intimate and cosy. We had our evening reception in the Enchanted Chapel which was the perfect size for a dance floor, space for our performer and a cosy comfy seating area. It was the most romantic evening, filled with love and laughter.
Thank you so much to all the amazing staff who helped us create our incredible day, we will definitely cherish the memories for many years to come and we can't wait to come back and visit such a beautiful part of the country at the first chance we get!
