Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our wedding day so special! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. All our guests kept completing the staff and hotel! The food was amazing! Our wedding co-ordinator was so helpful and made the day extra special. Would definitely recommend. -

Mercure lambert arms hotel was a fantastic venue which we fell in love with from the first moment we viewed it, Megan and all staff were so helpful and couldn’t do more for us, I would 100% recommend this hotel for future weddings/events to anyone. -

The Perfect Day
We had the most amazing wedding at the Thame Lambert Hotel and it was all down to the staff who helped with our special day. From the moment we booked the big day to the actual ceremony, we received a friendly, professional service from everyone at the venue, in particular Megan and Admiral.
On the actual day, despite the temperature being 33 degrees, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They tried their best to cater for everyone's needs and wants and made sure that our wedding went smoothly. The food was excellent and many people commented on the service.
Many of our guests stayed at the hotel and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Although a couple of rooms had faulty air con, guests were moved without too much trouble or stress. The bridal suite was amazing, it was like an apartment with the most incredible shower!
We stumbled across the Thame Lambert by accident but we are so pleased that we did as it was the most perfect venue. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate venue with wonderful staff. -

We chose the venue for its location in the Chilterns and also for the layout of the hotel with indoor and outdoor spaces. Due to personal circumstances we were delayed in the planning of the wedding. Megan was very helpful and was able to accommodate last minute changes.
On the day the function room was decorated beautifully. The guests enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and we were able to set up some outdoor games for the children. The food service was excellent. I would also recommend as a good venue for guests to stay over, they serve a good quality breakfast.
Overall, a great atmosphere and suited us for a small wedding. -

Amazing Day!
Had my wedding at Mercure Thame in July and it was the perfect day.
Me and my wife had a church ceremony in Chinnor, All of our guest were greeted with a beautiful drink reception in the gardens. The staff were fantastic and the food was amazing!
Cannot fault anything! -

Thank you so much to Megan and all the staff at the Thame Lambert Hotel we had a brilliant day.
Megan was so easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were in regular contact in the lead up to our day and she was really helpful in helping us to plan.
The venue itself is brilliant with the courtyard, private patio, main room, function room toilets and bar. Yet it is the hardworking and customer focussed staff that make this wedding venue stand out.
The rooms are excellent - much larger and more reasonable than any of the other venue that we saw which was important as most of our guests were travelling. The bridal suite is spectacular and a great place to get ready especially for a large wedding party as I had five bridesmaids.
The food was delicious and organised in such a way that the wedding breakfast flowed perfectly.
Breakfast is delicious too the morning of and the morning after.
I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who is thinking of getting married and thank you to everyone for helping in our day. -

Our wedding co-ordinator (Megan) is a credit to the hotel as she works so hard to make sure everything is perfect for your special day. They were really accommodating to anything we requested and nothing was to much trouble.
The hotel is lovely and well kept. The layout is great for events as the bar, dance floor, toilets and outside space are all together.
The whole day had a relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were so friendly. We had 94 to the day and an extra 60 or so to the evening which were perfect numbers. We paid the DJ extra to stay until 1am and because our guests had booked all 59 rooms we didn’t have to worry about keeping the noise down after 12. Also very handy having a 24 hour bar so we all continued the party once the DJ stopped. You can connect your phone to the sound system too to continue background music.
We used Deans Events to decorate and supply chair covers and sashes etc who were absolutely lovely and efficient! They also went above and beyond with the bonus of offering competitive prices. We also used the recommended DJ included in the package who suggested we send over a list of songs which worked perfectly. The dance floor was full all night.
Megan was really flexible with the package and adapted it to our needs. We were really happy with the final costs and got a lot for our money. The food at dinner and evening buffet were delicious and reception drinks were plentiful.
I can’t recommend this venue highly enough!! -
