We had the most magical wedding day at this beautiful riverside venue. Tara, our wedding coordinator, was a joy to work with from day one, and helped us to organise our small wedding in just 10 weeks. We immediately fell in love with the building, which is cosy but elegant at the same time, and we particularly liked that we could get married and hold the reception all in one place. Tara worked with us to meet our budget, and gave us lots of good tips. We also loved that the venue is dog friendly as we had a canine ring bearer! On the day, Tara and her staff were incredibly professional and did a fantastic job despite the 34 degree heat! The food was also surprisingly exquisite, and we had many comments on how delicious the canapes and the wedding lunch were. For us, it was the perfect venue, and we couldn't be happier that we hosted our wedding at Linden House. -

Choosing the right place for your wedding can feel like a daunting task. One that determines the whole direction of your day.
I (Nikola) remember being quite worried when we entered the building but as soon as we spoke with Tara and her team, we knew that this is the place for us. She made the planning process very smooth and helped with so many bits. We will highlight a handful but there are 10 times as many other ones:
- Tara was happy to jump on video calls and help us flesh out the schedule.
- We did 3 tasting sessions until were absolutely happy that the menu was tailored to our day. The food on the day was outstanding and all of our guests were really impressed.
- Tara and team helped incorporate traditions from our home countries into the day and they did that in a beautiful way.
- They showed such great attention to detail and proactively made our day more special. You won't get a checkbox-exercise experience with them
- She was keen to help us get the best day but also helped us cut costs where that was sensible to avoid blowing our budget.
We can keep praising them on and on... Bottom line - choosing Linden House will guarantee that you get both exceptional professionalism and the attention to detail that your wedding deserves. -

We held our wedding at Linden House in July 2026 and had the most perfect day. From our very first visit over a year earlier, through all the planning, and the big day itself, Tara and the team were consummate professionals. All very friendly, personable and with a positive can-do attitude. Full of great ideas and suggestions; nothing was too much trouble in the lead up and on the day itself.
The venue is charming, looks fantastic inside and out and is in a wonderful riverside location. So many of our guests commented on how lovely the venue is, how great the food was, and how fantastic all the staff are – they worked so hard but never stopped smiling!
Having considered other venues for our wedding we are very pleased we chose Linden House. It’s hard to believe anywhere else could have surpassed this wonderful venue – even those charging considerably more.
Linden House is fantastic; Tara and all the team equally so. We have nothing but wonderful memories from the day. And we'll never forget the lovely Tara!

The best wedding venue!
Tara and her crew made our wedding day brilliant at Linden House. The venue is beautiful, there are a lot of rooms you could use other than the main ballroom, the facilities are great, food was delicious, but most importantly Tara and the staff ensured the event run smoothly, and made clean up after very easy. We felt lucky that we were able to have our wedding here. -

Huge thanks to Tara and the Linden House hospitality team including Hugo the resident photographer for organising and capturing our special dayl. A seamless ceremony was followed by a delicious BBQ wedding breakfast served alfresco on the river terrace. First class. -

We planned a small Civil Partnership with a few friends and from the outset we knew we were in safe and friendly hands with Tara. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect. Although we had only booked the Captain's Room which was big enough for our needs, she moved us to the main ballroom when it turned into one of the hottest days of the year to ensure we had air con.
She accommodated all our wants and needs and made all our guests so welcome.
They all commented on the quality of the food too - the chef was absolutely fantastic.
As the day was so hot, it was lovely to have drinks on the terrace with a breeze blowing in from the Thames which helped cool people down before going into eat.
We would heartily recommend Linden House as the perfect venue for small and medium size wedding, -

The team were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and supportive, offering helpful suggestions that ensured everything came together perfectly on the day. We had our wedding at Linden House and had a really good experience. The venue has a lovely atmosphere by the river and the food was very good. Tara, our wedding coordinator, was gentle, calm and always available to help, which made everything run smoothly. We’re very happy we chose it for our day.
