Why should you pick Howfield?
Howfield Manor is the perfect place for someone like us who loves manor houses and old style buildings with huge gardens!
Muriel, Kevin and the team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Right from the moment we drive through the gates on the open day, we knew it was the only place we wanted to be. Besides the gorgeous grounds, everyone was so welcoming, attentive and were doing all they could to make our experience and wedding day relaxing and easy. I would recommend it to absolutely everyone planning a wedding.

Not only did we have our wedding here but I also chose to do a celebration afternoon tea for my Hendo and it was an incredible day!
Many people say that their wedding day is the best day of their lives but thanks to Howfield and the team my husband and I can confidently agree that it truly was the best day of our lives. We wouldn't have changed a thing! It could not have ran more smoothly if we tried.

Thank you so much for making our wedding perfect. Muriel, Kevin and their team were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The venue was amazing and beautiful.
If you are planning your special day, I don't think you'll find anything better than Howfield Manor. We have made memories that we will stay with us forever.

Fantastic wedding venue
The moment we saw Howfield manor and grounds we fell in love with it and both knew we wanted to have our wedding here. Muriel was very supportive from the beginning and talked us through each step.
We had an amazing outside ceremony at the lakeside gazebo with perfect weather and the all the staff were friendly and professional and made the day stress free.
We loved the marquee reception with the outside bar and all our guests remarked on how nice the venue and staff are especially Muriel.
we are so glad we chose Howfield manor for our wedding day and would recommend other couples to view this beautiful wedding venue. -

Howfield Manor was the first wedding venue we visited. From the moment we stepped into the building we felt at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff were excellent.
We knew we had found our dream wedding venue. They were professional from the start right up to our big day. We feel they became friends and truly part of our wedding day.
We have visited many times before our big day and will continue to visit since we have been married. It’s a very special place. -

We had an absolutely 5-star experience at Howfield Manor Hotel for our wedding. The team made our special day incredibly personalized and memorable, accommodating our unique cultural backgrounds with exceptional attention to detail.
As a couple from two different cultures, we were thrilled with how they incorporated key elements from both sides. Being of Filipino descent, it was important for us to have Lechon, a celebratory staple. The wedding planner went above and beyond, arranging a meeting with the chef to ensure everything was perfect. They didn't stop there; my British husband's tradition of having a hog roast was also honored. The chef brilliantly served both Lechon with rice and salads, and hog roast in baps with apple sauce.
We had many custom elements for our wedding, and the team at Howfield Manor Hotel was incredibly accommodating. They opened their hotel to us multiple times to ensure our measurements were correct, especially for my dad, who crafted a free-standing shelf to use as our seating plan. Their flexibility and support made everything seamless.
Howfield Manor Hotel truly made us feel like we gained a family during our year-long planning process. We are already looking forward to visiting them again and celebrating many more of our anniversaries at this wonderful venue.

beautiful, hassle-free experience
We had an intimate wedding and everyone who wanted to, could stay on site which was great but they do cater for larger weddings. The oak room is stunning for the ceremony and then we moved to the marquee room for the reception. Staff were friendly, professional, efficient and so easy to deal with ... the whole experience was hassle-free. The grounds are stunning for photography but even on wet days there are plenty of areas for beautiful pictures. Our wedding was end March and we got to use the outside bar which was great. Can imagine in summer how great the outside area would be. -

Highly recommend Howfield Manor as a wedding venue, Muriel was amazing from the moment we enquired to the day of the wedding and the rest of the staff on the day were wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the outside area to get married was perfect! It was exactly what we wanted, thank you Howfield Manor! -
