  Dream wedding at Hever Castle

  We’ve had a brilliant 15 months preparing our wedding with excellent support from Sophie, Faye and the team. We wish we could re live it all! We’d highly recommend Hever to any other couple. Alice x

  From planning to perfection!

  It is not an easy task to plan a wedding from thousands of miles away and during a pandemic. That being said, if there was ever a place that could do it, it is Hever Castle.
  
  While the grounds and castle may tempt you to book already, the incredible kindness and care of Kate and her staff made our wedding at Hever a truly magical, once in a lifetime experience for us.
  
  For two years, we worked through all the details with Kate, who never once seemed perturbed by our questions and took the time to care for every small detail - even if it was a year plus before our wedding would actually take place.
  
  Throughout the whole process, Hever was incredibly transparent and helped us figure out all the details to bring together an experience that was even better than we envisioned.
  
  When it came to the wedding day, Hever’s incredible staff treated our guests like family and took care to cater to their every need, all while being pleasant as can be.
  
  On top of the fantastic service and attentiveness, the food was as delicious as any Michelin Star restaurant. They even got our picky family members to try new foods.
  
  We cannot thank Kate, Faye, and all the incredible staff at Hever for making our dream a reality. Hever will always be our home away from home and we hope to make it back as much as we possibly can!

  Our perfect day…

  We had our wedding at the Astor Wing of Hever Castle booked for two years, everything was in place, then eight days before our big day the government changed the rules due to COVID and everything had to be rearranged. Megan and Faye from Hever Castle were amazing. We were fortunate to be able to hold our wedding in the Italian Gardens, and wow we really did get lucky. It was absolutely beautiful.
  Our wedding breakfast was delicious, all of our guest loved the food, and drinks. Compliments to the chef and his team. The waiting staff were amazing, we felt like royalty.
  The evening reception was amazing and dancing outside due to COVID restrictions was wonderful.
  I cannot thank the team at Hever Castle enough for everything they did to make our day the most perfect day we could have ever dreamed of.

  Hever delivered my fairy tale wedding

  Just been married at Hever! I want to thank all my lovely vendors for capturing the day and delivering beautiful music, cake, and flowers: @stephaniechapmanphotographer

  I also want to thank the lovely staff at Hever! Emily and Faye you both were a pleasure to work with and I can't thank you enough for keeping things on track and helping me plan a perfect day! I'm so glad I took your suggestions, you are experts at what works best! Seriously brides, LISTEN to the masters and you will get what you dream of.
  Paul thank you for keeping us on track with timing the day of and for ensuring all guests were happy with their food and had everything they needed! Andy thank you for keeping guests satiated with drinks!
  Steve! Your energy was so calming as you walked us ladies through the grounds to where we needed to go. Thank you for holding my flowers! Your information about the cygnets and passion for the castle captivated me.
  Seriously, no wonder Hever won so many awards this year! You all have weddings down to a science without it feeling stiff or rushed. Also, no wonder these vendors are on the best venue's list! (Picking from this list and communicating with Emily and Faye were the biggest keys in planning a successful marriage in another country). All in all they are a dream to work with and they deliver the stuff of fantasy!
  Finally, my husband and I were officially married in the States and held a "Renewal of vows" ceremony at Hever. It looked, felt and ran just like a wedding and we avoided the requirements and costs of the Kent registrar.

  We can't stop smiling.......

  This was absolutely the perfect wedding day anyone could wish for. The venue is outstanding, the staff are fabulous and the whole process was seamless. The entire wedding team were wonderful from the moment the wedding plans began.....Our entire wedding party have said it's the best wedding they've ever been to; Kevin and I agree!!! Thank you for making it the most special day of our lives.

  Perfect in every way!

  We just wanted to say thank you so much for everything that was done from Friday to Sunday, it was perfect in every way.
  
  You guys could not have done any more than you did and please pass on a huge thank you the staff on the day.

  The wedding went perfectly !

  The wedding went perfectly and it was largely down to the helpfulness of your staff and the team. Please can you extend our gratitude to the whole team for all their hard work and help. I realise now that I may have overcomplicated all of the arrangements by over organising every part of the children's activities and the like, so your team coped with my pedantic organisation really well!

  Magical Wedding In the Most Magical Venue

  We were blessed with beautiful weather, but everything about our wedding at Hever from the attention when we arrived, to the help throughout the day, the amazing Loggia with its fantastic setting and views to the glorious banquet in the Boleyn Dining Room were beyond our wildest dreams. The suppliers particularly Kenny Hickey Photography who has to be the best wedding photographer in the UK and Karen Woolven flowers and Spencer Wood that provided some extra magic for the day and Dante's tunes on the lute just made the day and memories even better. Team Hever under Kate's supervision are sheer perfection
