We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding experience than at Hazel Gap Barn. From the very beginning, everything was seamless. Charley showed us around and helped us get set up, and the online planning system was brilliant — easy to use and a great way to stay on track throughout the process.
On the day itself, everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our guests absolutely loved the venue, and we had so many comments on how beautiful it was. The food was outstanding — truly “next level” wedding dining — and we highly recommend attending one of their Feast Nights beforehand. It was such a fun way to sample the menu and wines, and made us even more excited for the big day.
We were incredibly well looked after by Channon and Georgia on the day. They were so attentive, calm, and professional, and made sure everything went perfectly to plan so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves.
Hazel Gap Barn is a stunning venue with an amazing team behind it. We cannot recommend it highly enough to any couples looking for somewhere truly special.Hazel Gap Barn - Cripps & Co's reply:

An Unforgettable Wedding Experience at Hazel Gap
We recently celebrated our wedding at Hazel Gap in Nottingham, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! From the moment we first laid eyes on the stunning building and breathtaking surroundings, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Having booked Hazel Gap over two years ago, we experienced a seamless process with their exceptional team, who were incredibly accommodating and attentive to all our requests and discussions.
On the day of our wedding, the beautiful weather complemented the picturesque outdoor setting we fell in love with. A special shout-out goes to our front of house manager, Beth, who was simply brilliant. Her organisational skills and calming presence made us both feel completely at ease throughout the day. Our evening manager, Channon, was equally impressive, expertly coordinating the evening festivities and ensuring everyone was smoothly ushered into the main room for our first dance.
Hazel Gap exceeded all our expectations, and we cannot rave enough about their outstanding service and stunning venue. For anyone planning a wedding, we highly recommend Hazel Gap for an unforgettable experience.

Hazel Gap is the best wedding venue we could have asked for, in every way. From start to finish, they were amazing. We booked a viewing and were shown round by Lewis who did such a good job at explaining everything about the venue, the food and how it all works. I didn't even need to view any more venues (this was the first one we viewed!) but after viewing one more I immediately booked Hazel Gap for our wedding and I'm so glad we did! Up to the wedding, we had access to our online portal with every bit of information we could ever need, organised in a very clear way. I also want to thank the entire team for answering our messages and questions so quickly, they have the best service and communication. We were kept in the loop about any updates, payments, changes and were sent everything in a timely manner. On the day itself, we had our day and night managers, Charley and Chris, who we couldn't thank more. You helped put us at ease and I couldn't have felt more comfortable knowing everything was being taken care of by you both. Everything ran smoothly and perfectly on time, it was seamless and we all felt like VIPs. The venue is absolutely stunning which goes without saying. Our guests were saying that it was the most beautiful and best wedding they'd ever been to and that's not even including the food! The comments on the food could fill a book! The team and chefs at Hazel Gap and Cripps & Co are second to none. We already knew the menu looked amazing but this food just blew us all away. It is among the best food we and our guests have ever had and was endlessly praised all day and night. The quality of the service, all the staff working on the day and night, the set-up, the tidy up, the running of everything was just wonderful and I am so happy and proud we have used this venue for our wedding day. absolutely stunning venue and highly recommend!
the moment we walked into Hazel gap we loved it and knew it was the venue we would get married in!
We got married in August 2024 and every little detail was perfect and well organised by the team. we had Chris and Channon running our day and it was perfect. the food is also incredible, we had so many compliments! Thank you again Hazel gap!Hazel Gap Barn - Cripps & Co's reply:

My husband and I had our blessing at Hazel Gap on July 21st, 2024, and we could not have asked for it be any more perfect. From planning the wedding overseas in the US, to the feast night in March, to set up on the day-of, to the actual ceremony/meal/party itself, Hazel Gap made it so easy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful- I did all the signage/decor on my own, but with the help of our florist and the HG team, everything was set up on the day wonderfully. The food was amazing as we knew it would be after attending the feast night. The venue itself is just stunning on its own and looks exactly like the photos in real life. All of our guests left telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Thank you Hazel Gap, you were so good to us! -

We had the most amazing wedding day at Hazel Gap Barn; Chris and Channon were a dream. The day ran seamlessly, with staff working diligently in the background, yet always immediately on hand when needed. I cannot thank Channon enough for her compassion and understanding with regards to my dad's serious health conditions. Honestly, Channon's awareness of the situation meant the world to me. Chris equally went above and beyond in the evening.
The whole day ran incredibly smoothly and we honestly had the most perfect day. We loved every minute of it. The venue looked gorgeous, the food was delicious, the staff were attentive, happy, discreet and genuinely couldn't have done enough for us and our guests. There isn't a single thing I would change about the day and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hazel Gap Barn as the perfect wedding venue. -
