Words honestly can’t capture how incredible our experience was at the Halifax Hall Hotel Venue. From the first tour to the final send-off, every moment was handled with such care, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
The venue itself is warm and welcoming, highly maintained and full of character. We had an intimate ceremony room which just suited our small gathering of family & friends perfectly.
What really sets Halifax Hall Hotel apart, though, is the team. Our coordinator, Hannah, was so helpful with additional ideas and tips for us. She made the planning process feel smooth and even fun — always calm, always on top of things, and always one step ahead. On the day of the wedding, she and her team took care of every detail so we could just be present and enjoy ourselves.
The reception room was equally gorgeous — elegant without being too formal, with garden access and plenty of space for our guests to enjoy the well kept garden area. There was also a separate disco room for our guests to dance the night away. Everything ran on time, the transitions were seamless, and the overall vibe was nothing short of magical.
If you're looking for a venue that combines natural elegance, top-tier service, and heartfelt hospitality, look no further. We feel so lucky to have found Halifax Hall Hotel, and we’ll be talking about our wedding there for the rest of our lives.

The staff at Halifax Hall were experienced and friendly. They were able to offer us really helpful advice. It was easy to customise the menu to what we wanted. It was lovely to be able to use the outside space, and the gardens were a good setting for photographs.
The only downside was dealing with dietary requirements. We had pie, mash, mushy peas and gravy. I (bride) and some other guests were gluten free, but because parts of this were self service, it wasn't great for cross-contamination, and us gluten free folk were awkwardly waiting in a separate queue for our pies to appear (which were very very tasty to be fair).
Overall, they were very helpful and accommodating, just not the best for cross-contamination, which was a wee bit stressful as someone with coeliac disease! -

Really good venue, would 100% recommend. The staff were so good in the run up, especially our wedding coordinator Hannah. And everything on the day was smooth :) -

We recently celebrated our wedding at Halifax Hall, and it truly was the best decision we made. The venue is simply stunning, with beautiful gardens that created the perfect atmosphere for our big day. Guests didn’t know this hidden gem existed, even though some had friends living nearby.
Hannah, Amy and all the team were absolutely fantastic, always on hand and ready to help with anything we needed. They made the whole experience stress-free, and we felt completely looked after from start to finish. Our wedding day was more than we could have hoped for, and Halifax Hall was the perfect setting for it. We can’t recommend it highly enough! -

We had the most amazing day at Halifax Hall. The staff were brilliant and they could not do enough for us. Everything went as planned, the food was gorgeous and so many of our guests commented on how good it was. We were so lucky with the weather which meant we got to use the gorgeous gardens. We couldn’t have asked for any more. It was just perfect!! -

Our Special Day
Thanks to both Halifax Hall our wedding planner Hannah and other staff members especially Emma and Josh the entire day ran smoothly with no issues.
The venue is beautiful and allowed us to share the day with all of our closest friends and family.
Around the venue there are so many scenic spots which were perfect for capturing photos of our day. -
