Cannot recommend enough.
I absolutely loved Froyle park. The indoor and outdoor spaces at the venue are phenomenal. So beautiful and breathtaking. I couldn’t stop hearing compliments all day!! The venue has an absolute wow factor.
I cannot fault the service, the staff are attentive and so responsive. From the moment I booked my initial viewing to post wedding. I love the team and they are so available and caring. They facilitate the whole registry and interviews which help the day run smoothly.
Logistically, Froyle park has lots of services. Getting ready spaces, parking and indoor/outdoor. They have everything you need for a smooth running day!

Would get married here 1000x over
The Froyle Park team were no short of amazing. They have made the process so incredibly easy. They have a WhatsApp chat which is monitored very often and reply to your messages quickly and efficiently. They have a beautiful venue which is very good value for money and work with some amazing suppliers. The venue itself is stunning, and has incredible options for weddings. The team feel like friends, rather than suppliers. They check in and support you through the process and beyond. I would recommend them over and over. I will be sad to no longer be working with them after my wedding!!Froyle Park's reply:

The perfect venue
We got married here recently and had a wonderful day. The venue is absolutely stunning with so many ceremony options. We got so lucky with the weather so we’re able to use the beautiful outdoor space for our drinks reception which we weren’t expecting. Staff were friendly and incredibly responsive and helpful from looking round through to the end of our wedding. We had no issues with the sound limiter in the ballroom and the rooms for our family to stay in were a great bonus!-

A dream winter wedding!
We recently had our winter wedding at Froyle Park after a few years of planning. We had some concerns after reading other reviews, especially on the sound limiter, heating and other slight restrictions. I’d like to assure potential customers that we had no issues and the sound was absolutely fine (we had a two piece band/DJ). We had the best day and we believe if you research, ask questions and read the t&c’s in detail you should have no surprises and no issues. Tasha was extremely helpful pre wedding and also on the day! We had the most perfect day and had so many compliments from guests on the beauty of the venue.Froyle Park's reply:

Best Wedding Ever
Our wedding day at Froyle Park was amazing from start to finish. There were no hitches it was a perfectly seamless day. Our guests were so impressed with the beautiful venue. Those who stayed over were wowed by the stunning rooms. We slept so comfortable! Thanks to the team at Froyle Park who were patient with us throughout the wedding process!! Cannot fault the venue. Can’t recommend enough!
Our wedding at Froyle Park Country Estate was honestly magical from start to finish. The place looks amazing in photos but feels even better in person, and it created the perfect backdrop for the whole day. The staff were super helpful and always on hand, making sure we had everything we needed so we could just enjoy ourselves without worrying about a thing.
All day long our guests kept coming up to us saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which made it feel even more special. We walked away with the happiest memories and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Froyle Park really helped make our day unforgettable.Froyle Park's reply:

From the moment we visited the venue to the running up tot the big day to on the big day Froyle park was ever so helpful with all the questions we had with even finer details to the accommodation for the guests.

A beautiful venue let down by serious management, security, and customer-care failures
Our wedding day at Froyle Park started wonderfully. Up until around 5pm, the day time staff were exceptional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The ceremony and daytime experience were everything we hoped for, I want to express my gratitude to the daytime team for helping create such a special start to our celebration.
Unfortunately, what began as a dream day was overshadowed by serious issues, both the night before and during the evening reception, and by the venue’s inadequate handling of our concerns afterwards.
Security breach (night before the wedding):
While staying in the Hideaway apartment with my bridesmaids, two strangers (guests from another wedding) entered our accommodation in the early hours, coming into the bedroom and switching on the light. We later learned that this occurred because the door code had not been changed between weddings and using the same code was standard procedure at Froyle Park.
Although the intruders meant no harm and were simply intoxicated and confused, this was an alarming and unacceptable breach of security that left me shaken and unable to sleep on the eve of my wedding. It could easily have been far worse had the individuals had ill intentions. The fact that this was even possible demonstrates a clear failure in Froyle Park’s safeguarding and guest-safety procedures.
Evening reception disruption:
During the evening reception, there was a Wi-Fi outage at the venue, which prevented the bar from processing card payments. Many guests were turned away for not having cash.
What made this so frustrating was the total absence of communication from the Froyle Park team. Neither my partner nor I were informed of the problem; we discovered it ourselves when guests began approaching us confused and embarrassed about being refused service.
Our DJ ultimately used his personal hotspot to get the bar’s payment system up and running again, but doing so meant he couldn’t play music at the same time. As a result, our carefully planned schedule for the evening was disrupted, with musical performances having to be delayed or cancelled altogether. The atmosphere and flow of the evening we’d envisioned were lost.
While we understand that technical issues can arise, the lack of any contingency plan for a Wi-Fi outage, especially given the venue’s remote countryside location and poor mobile signal, was inexcusable. For an event hosting 270 guests, reliant on connectivity for both bar payments and entertainment, there should have been clear backup systems in place.
Even more concerning was the lack of visible leadership or ownership from the evening management team. Staff were difficult to locate, dismissive when approached, and failed to communicate or take responsibility. As the bride and groom, we found ourselves walking around the venue trying to find someone, anyone, who could help. This is not the experience expected when paying a premium price for an “all-inclusive, seamlessly coordinated” wedding.
Post-event handling:
After the wedding, we submitted a detailed written complaint. The reply we received downplayed everything, calling the security breach merely “distressing” and the reception issues “unforeseen technical difficulties.” There was no phone call from management and our request for a meeting was ignored.
The compensation offered, less than 1% of our total package, was insulting given the seriousness of the failures. The tone of the correspondence only deepened our disappointment. These were not small inconveniences but major operational and safety breakdowns that had a significant impact on our once-in-a-lifetime day.
We truly wish this review could have been about gratitude for a perfect celebration, and for several hours during the day, it genuinely was. The venue is stunning, and the daytime team deserve praise for their professionalism and care.

We fully appreciate how upsetting it must have been to have the other guest access the apartment. Please be assured that we have taken this matter very seriously. As a direct result of your feedback, we have now amended our check-in and access procedures for the Hideaway to ensure this cannot happen again.
We are also very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected Wi-Fi outage on your wedding day, and the knock-on effect it had on bar service and your DJ. While this was an unforeseen technical issue outside of our control, we absolutely understand how disruptive it was. Following your comments, we are reviewing and implementing contingency plans to ensure our teams and suppliers can operate seamlessly should such an issue ever reoccur.
We truly value your feedback and the opportunity it gives us to improve. While we regret that these incidents affected your experience, we hope it’s clear that we have taken your concerns to heart and acted on them to prevent future guests being similarly impacted.
