  Smooth and Easy

  I didn’t feel stressed at all. Everyone knew what they were doing. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. Breakfast wasn’t the best and there wasn’t quite enough food but in relation to the wedding I could improve nothing.

  Great venue, very attentive

  Dovecliff hall hotel were very attentive of our parties needs from when we arrived the day before to the day after the wedding. We loved that you had the entire venue on your wedding day and the guests really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere this gave, with gardens, various reception rooms and dedicated staff. Food was great, lots of it and our guests left full (which is what we would want). The views are amazing, a perfect backdrop and in particular the bridal suite bath has a fabulous view.
  
  To note in particular how supportive they were of our guests with special requirements, and made sure that access and equipment was available/ moved as necessary.
  
  One thing I would say is that it lacked a properly converted disabled bathroom, though my dad has very particular needs and so we brought his equipment with us, converting at least one bathroom to a wet room would benefit other guests with specific needs in the future and should be a priority.

  o thank you and the rest of the staff for a thoroughly enjoyable and successful occasion last Saturday. We were very happy with it all; the location and surroundings, the meal, which was complimented by several people, the attentiveness of the staff (without being too visible) and of course the weather. I'm sure Sarah and Andy will also want to express their appreciation when they return from honeymoon.

  We had exclusive use of the Dovecliff for our wedding. We used all rooms for two nights and everything was perfection! We could check in early into some rooms which was so helpful and the service on the wedding breakfast itself was sublime. Thank you dearly- it was a marvellous day to remember for always and was worth every single penny we spent. We will be recommending to families and friends for a long time. The food was delicious the rooms beautiful and the setting divine. Many many thanks, Love from Mr and Mrs Saunders xoxox

  Me and my husband recently got married at the venue, the planning of the wedding went very smoothly as they communicated well and we're very flexible. On the lead up to the wedding day the wedding Co ordinator and her team were fantastic and completed finishing touches to our decorated function room. All our guests enjoyed the pre drinks and canapés, also the food was fantastic perfect for a summers afternoon. All the staff were very helpful and attentive to all of our guests. The only reason I gave this hotel 4* was due to the fact that on the lead up to the wedding there were several mistakes made by the staff in the booking of some of our guests rooms which was the only disppointment, but apart from that AMAZING venue AMAZING location! Thank you so much

  Wonderful day!

  My wife and I had the ceremony at our local church but decided to use Dovecliff Hall Hotel for our wedding reception. The price we found on the internet was very competitive and so we enquired further. The staff were extremely helpful, knew what they were doing and very efficient. The venue were extremely accommodating with small changes in numbers without any issues, and helped us with every aspect, including menu choice and other elements of the evening. We were able to advise on all of the elements we wanted alongside all of the traditional elements. This hotel really knows what it is doing and we had a wonderful time, fabulous food, excellent atmosphere, stunning grounds and buildings and an amazing room for the evening.
  
  We are very pleased to recommend this whole venue to anyone who wants to go there!
