Fabulous September Wedding
From the very beginning, the venue team was incredibly helpful and guided us every step of the way. With 10 months to plan, we were able to secure our DJ and photographer within the first month. One standout recommendation from the venue was a magician—an unexpected addition that brought an extra layer of surprise and excitement to the day, and our guests absolutely loved it!
If you're considering dates, I highly recommend choosing September. The lush green vines and ripening grapes create a stunning, natural backdrop for photos—truly picture-perfect.
One thing to keep in mind: if you're planning to have your wedding dinner in the conservatory, there is a set earliest start time for the meal. It’s just part of how the venue runs, and honestly, it worked out really well for us. Denbies suggested an afternoon tea to bridge the gap, and it turned out to be a lovely addition (at an extra cost but worth it). Our guests really enjoyed it, and it kept everyone happy and relaxed before dinner.
I would recommend if you're considering this venue to try out the food at the conservatory as it is very delicious (especially the cream tea).

Incredible venue, amazing staff, made our day simply perfection
Honestly we cannot thank Ellie and Abi enough for making our big day so perfect, from the minute I arrived ready to walk down the aisle, Abi made me feel at ease and walking into the venue was beyond anything we could have imagined!
It was just perfect, everything we dreamt of and more. Ellie and Abi made our day, a day to remember, everything we had planned they organised to perfection, they really go that extra mile to ensure your day is everything you dream of and they certainly smashed it at ours.
I cannot thank Ellie enough for all your support in the build-up and Abi support on the day, the rest of the team on the day was incredible, everyone was so friendly and helpful and honestly couldn't do enough to help. The food was insane so a huge thank you to the chef and the team.
Not to forget the hotel staff, our stay and dinner the night before was honestly second to none, they could not do enough. The morning of the wedding they were there to support with anything and everything and nothing was too much trouble, so thank you!
We can never thank you all enough for our special day. You are all amazing!!

Ellie and the team were absolutely incredible as our wedding coordinators at Denbies. They made the entire day feel seamless and perfect, taking all the stress away and allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. From start to finish, they made us feel completely at ease, handling every detail with such professionalism and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Denbies Vineyard Hotel is the most stunning wedding venue. It is perfect for a more intimate wedding celebration, with a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable setting. As it’s a licensed venue we could have our marriage ceremony and reception all in the same place and the transition between each was seamless. We felt confident that the day would unfold as we had planned, due to the level of detail in the planning and the communication with the Denbies team in the run up - they did not disappoint. The service we received was gold standard, all the staff were friendly and accommodating and ensured that our day ran smoothly. They worked tirelessly to ensure that all our guests’ needs were catered for, including some complex specific access and dietary requirements. The food and wine were delicious and received glowing reviews from our guests. The beauty of the surroundings was a constant point of conversation during our day and the enjoyable vineyard land train tour broke up the day perfectly - something a little bit different and another talking point for our guests. A massive thank you to Denbies for making our special day even better than we could’ve imagined! -

The setting is stunning, the service is amazing and the team will take great care of you!
After being let down by another venue, Denbies took on our wedding at 5 months notice. From the moment we engaged with them Ellie was amazing and positive, no ask was too much and she found a way to make our vision come to life.
On the day the whole team went to great lengths to give us the perfect day, the on the day coordinator, hotel, bar and waiting staff were all incredible. We got so many comments from guests about how the venue staff went above and beyond and we generally had the best day ever in a beautiful setting! -

The best venue with the best team
I cannot recommend a wedding at Denbies Vineyard enough. The site is so beautiful and the team are beyond delightful and helpful along the way. We had the best day and everything went so smoothly. Big shout out to Ellie and the team! -

Denbies didn't disappoint. What a magical day at a magical venue. The views were stunning and the guests had the best time.
Ellie and the team were amazing and helped make the day run smoothly.
The wine train was an added bonus and a lovely surprise for the guests, so unique!
