Denbies Wine Estate was a fantastic venue! We had our wedding there last Saturday and the venue was fantastic from start to finish. Whether that be the venue layout or food and drinks offering, everything was 10/10!
But most importantly, the staff at Denbies were so caring and attentive, of both my wife and I, and our guests. Ellie, who helped in the lead up to the wedding, and Abi, who helped coordinate the day, were both phenomenal and so supportive. Also, the various supporting staff were just amazing.
Overall, I’d 100% recommend Denbies as a wedding venue, it’ll be one you won’t forget!!! -

We had our wedding at Denbies on 11th July 2026, and the experience was exceptional from the very beginning to the end of our special day.
From our first visit, we were instantly impressed by how welcoming, friendly, and accommodating all of the staff were. That level of care continued throughout the entire planning process. Ellie supported us over the two years leading up to the wedding, and no request was ever too much trouble. She was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made the planning process feel so much easier.
On the wedding day itself, everything was outstanding. Ellie and Abbey were both so kind, attentive, and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease throughout the day. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and genuinely lovely. So many of our guests have since commented on how friendly and attentive the team were, which really reflects the exceptional service we received. I genuinely cannot fault the team at Denbies. They made our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more, and I would highly recommend Denbies to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an incredible team. -

We were looked after by Ellie and her amazing team. Everything was perfect, from the planning, to the execution of the day. We got married on the hotel lawn and then had our reception in the conservatory....couldn't recommend this enough! Thank you Denbies! -

Our wedding/experience with Denbies was really good, we can’t stop thinking about our day and wish we could do it all over again. Ellie has been a star from start to finish sorting everything out for us and on the day Lexi was also so kind and helpful to make sure everything was to how we wanted it.
Of course it is a lot of money, but the food was fantastic, clean plates everywhere, the day went so smoothly, mainly because of all the workers.
My advice is spend a good amount of money on a band as it made our day amazing, it made everyone get up and dance and I would recommend at Denbies, try get everyone into just 1 room at a time so it doesn’t feel spaced out.
But I couldn’t recommend Denbies highly enough!

From first tour to last dance - perfection
We just got married at Denbies Wine Hotel and it was absolutely perfect. From our first meeting to the last dance, Ellie was amazing - she and Abbie made the whole day so smooth and stress-free. The food was outstanding and our guests are still talking about it, with huge credit to Ben and team who ran the restaurant brilliantly. Plus it was incredible to enjoy English wine at its best right where it’s made.
The staff were brilliant all day, and at the end of the night there was no rushing us out which made it feel so relaxed. Staying at the hotel made the whole wedding feel longer and more special. We were so lucky to have our ceremony outside on the lawn - it felt private for us and our guests. Incredible value for money and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue.

Booking our wedding at Denbies turned out to be the best decision ever. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful venue, kind and helpful people working there and it was truly the best day of our life. Shout out to Ellie who made the process smooth sailing for us and to every member of the team from making our rooms, running the bar or absolutely anything. -

Fabulous September Wedding
From the very beginning, the venue team was incredibly helpful and guided us every step of the way. With 10 months to plan, we were able to secure our DJ and photographer within the first month. One standout recommendation from the venue was a magician—an unexpected addition that brought an extra layer of surprise and excitement to the day, and our guests absolutely loved it!
If you're considering dates, I highly recommend choosing September. The lush green vines and ripening grapes create a stunning, natural backdrop for photos—truly picture-perfect.
One thing to keep in mind: if you're planning to have your wedding dinner in the conservatory, there is a set earliest start time for the meal. It’s just part of how the venue runs, and honestly, it worked out really well for us. Denbies suggested an afternoon tea to bridge the gap, and it turned out to be a lovely addition (at an extra cost but worth it). Our guests really enjoyed it, and it kept everyone happy and relaxed before dinner.
I would recommend if you're considering this venue to try out the food at the conservatory as it is very delicious (especially the cream tea).

Incredible venue, amazing staff, made our day simply perfection
Honestly we cannot thank Ellie and Abi enough for making our big day so perfect, from the minute I arrived ready to walk down the aisle, Abi made me feel at ease and walking into the venue was beyond anything we could have imagined!
It was just perfect, everything we dreamt of and more. Ellie and Abi made our day, a day to remember, everything we had planned they organised to perfection, they really go that extra mile to ensure your day is everything you dream of and they certainly smashed it at ours.
I cannot thank Ellie enough for all your support in the build-up and Abi support on the day, the rest of the team on the day was incredible, everyone was so friendly and helpful and honestly couldn't do enough to help. The food was insane so a huge thank you to the chef and the team.
Not to forget the hotel staff, our stay and dinner the night before was honestly second to none, they could not do enough. The morning of the wedding they were there to support with anything and everything and nothing was too much trouble, so thank you!
We can never thank you all enough for our special day. You are all amazing!!
